Western Sky Cert Stage Reply

Questions presented:

I. Whether the validity of an arbitration clause is determined exclusively by the statutory requirements of the Federal Arbitration Act (“FAA”), as held by the First, Fourth, Fifth, and Eleventh Circuits – or by a common-law “reasonableness” test, as held by the Seventh Circuit below?

II. Whether a court may apply a state law defense in a manner that disfavors arbitration by voiding an entire arbitration clause merely because the contractually-designated arbitrator is unavailable, notwithstanding the FAA’s express directive to appoint a substitute arbitrator?

III. Whether the Seventh Circuit erroneously – and in conflict with the Second and Eighth Circuits – required a non-tribal-member’s physical entry onto the relevant Indian reservation in connection with a transaction with a tribal member before ordering tribal court exhaustion of judicial claims arising from the transaction?

Especially if they’re Black: A shortage of men for poor women to marry

Its post slavery days, this article shouldn’t be relevant but in a way it truly is very relevant, even in 2015.

Family Inequality

One thing a lot of liberals and conservatives can agree on: not talking about race.

[If you don’t have time for the text, just skip to the figure.]

Liberals are happy when conservatives talk about inequality, which they’re doing a lot more these days. And when they debate marriage as a way to “cure” poverty, neither talks about race. For example, Annie Lowrey writes in the the NYT Magazine:

With Democrats and Republicans pitted against one another in a vicious election-year battle over how to alleviate poverty, marriage is the policy solution du jour.

First, Lowrie makes the now universal mistake in interpreting the famous Chetty et al. result:

In a new study, the economist Raj Chetty and his co-authors found that, in terms of income mobility, nothing matters more for a low-income child than the family structures she sees in her community — not neighborhood segregation, school quality or…

Hello World! Restoring grace for your posterity

Thalia's space

Hello, I was inspiried recently when I heard a sermon that proclaimed to take back your blessings. Sure everything wasn’t going to be perfect, and it really never is until the final redemption. However, I learned that it is within my power to proclaim my destiny for a breakthrough: a spirit healing, cleansing of my mind, body and soul; a financial prosperity and reuniting with family

The Disciples of Jesus Christs’ Memorial Portion Korach Num. 16-18

This is the Memorial Parsha of Jesus Christ.
The Memorial Parsha is in the book of Numbers, Chapters 16:1 through Chapter 18:32
1st Corinthians 15:12-18:  The Resurrection of the Dead

12 But if it is preached that Christ has been raised from the dead, how can some of you say that there is no resurrection of the dead? 13 If there is no resurrection of the dead, then not even Christ has been raised. 1415 More than that, we are then found to be false witnesses about God, for we have testified about God that he raised Christ from the dead. But he did not raise him if in fact the dead are not raised. 16 For if the dead are not raised, then Christ has not been raised either. 17 And if Christ has not been raised, your faith is futile; you are still in your sins. 18 Then those also who have fallen asleep in Christ are lost. And if Christ has not been raised, our preaching is useless and so is your faith.

Ezekial 37:15-23:  One Nation Under One King

15 The word of the LORD came to me: 16 “Son of man, take a stick of wood and write on it, ‘Belonging to Judah and the Israelites associated with him.’ Then take another stick of wood, and write on it, ‘Belonging to Joseph (that is, to Ephraim) and all the Israelites associated with him.’ 17 Join them together into one stick so that they will become one in your hand.

18 “When your people ask you, ‘Won’t you tell us what you mean by this?’ 19 say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I am going to take the stick of Joseph—which is in Ephraim’s hand—and of the Israelite tribes associated with him, and join it to Judah’s stick. I will make them into a single stick of wood, and they will become one in my hand.’ 20 Hold before their eyes the sticks you have written on 21 and say to them, ‘This is what the Sovereign LORD says: I will take the Israelites out of the nations where they have gone. I will gather them from all around and bring them back into their own land. 22 I will make them one nation in the land, on the mountains of Israel. There will be one king over all of them and they will never again be two nations or be divided into two kingdoms. 23 They will no longer defile themselves with their idols and vile images or with any of their offenses, for I will save them from all their sinful backsliding,[b] and I will cleanse them. They will be my people, and I will be their God.

The memorial portion starts on Friday, June 11th, 2010 through Saturday, June 12th, 2010.
The memorial portion starts on Sabbath, June 25, 2011. 23 Sivan 5771.

In chapter sixteen of the book of Numbers the Memorial Parsha begins with Korach confronting Moses. He tells Moses that you have gone too far in thinking that you are the only one that should lead the people. This dissention causes the camp to be split. As you know the camp was divided into four where each family of the Levites would serve three tribes. Moreover, the word of God came unto Moses and unto me saying that the Levites, Aaron and sons would minister unto God; but the Levites would perform duties based on their division: to offer burnt offerings and fellowship offerings, to minister, to give thanks and to sing praises at the gates of the LORD’s dwelling. http://bible.cc/2_chronicles/31-2.htm.

However, through prophecy Moses was getting the tribe of Levite ready for the lord, King David. King David will forever be the King over Israel, the children of Israel. This is fact, but there are so many Christians that want to forget about the fact that this is not theology this is fact. In Psalm 110:1, King David admonishes that his own descendant will be called many wonderful titles like King of kings and Lord of lords and King David responds about the Messiah, Jesus that he shall be from the order of Melchizedek (King of Righteousness and King of Peace). Matthew 22:41-46 http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=matthew%2022&version=ESV.  This does not mean that in your Christianity that you have to teach that if a person doesn’t come into their religion then they are not entitled to go before the throne of King David. There the Pharisees like, Korach is trying to figure out this one thing “how do I fit in the picture?” I have seen many Christians altogether wipe out the descendants of Aaron by saying “can we all sit at the table of King David, and he is a priest, and we can all sit at the table of King David.” This makes no sense and is false, if you are not from the remnant of the House of David, then you can’t stand before King David. Now the only exception to standing before King David is the House of Aaron. The Order of King David is the Messiah, and this Priest is eternal, not something made up or created. When you see the House of King David restored, then you will know that the end time is fulfilled. Jesus said fulfilled the Law of Moses, and this law will remain in effect forever, because this is the Order of Melchizedek. Now you have an option you can live by grace or by law, but if you live by law you will be required to be judged by the law – this is the covenant God made with the children of Israel, going into the Promised Land. So this does not mean if you are a Gentile you should follow every word of Moses because it may not do anything for you being that you are proud of your nationality, or because of religious oppression you may be living in the Middle East and you may not be able to observe the Law of Moses. However when you do observe the Law of Moses, Jesus said testify in my name. Jesus wanted the Jewish people, the true inhabitants of Israel – the children of Israel, the Promised Land, and the ones that can actually go toe-to-toe with the insurgents and the terrorist and say that all though I have been in exile. I can truly say that this is my land. Jesus says to this person, the greatest shall be the person that teaches my commandment to perform all of the law. Matthew 5:17-20, http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=matthew%2022&version=ESV

Moses instructs the people to meet with him on tomorrow and he is very angry. He says to the LORD, that he did not take one donkey from and nor did he hurt them and that He should not respect their offerings. So Moses instructs the people (250), and Aaron to with him tomorrow with the censer before the LORD. The LORD spoke to Moses and said: Speak to the congregation and tell them to get away from the tents of Korah, Dathan and Abiram (Numbers 16:23). http://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=numbers%2016-18&version=NIV.  Moses word came true the next day and the LORD created a new thing and the earth opened up its mouth and swallowed them up with all that belong to them and they went down alive into the pit. Moses wanted this because he wanted the people to understand that these men had rejected the LORD. The LORD has only chosen the Moses and also a fire came out from the LORD and consumed the two hundred and fifty men who were offering incense.

36God says (And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying),
37Speak unto Eleazar the son of Aaron the priest, that he take up the censers out of the burning, and scatter thou the fire yonder; for they are hallowed.
38The censers of these sinners against their own souls, let them make them broad plates for a covering of the altar: for they offered them before the LORD, therefore they are hallowed: and they shall be a sign unto the children of Israel. (Numbers 16:36-38, King James Version)

At the end of the chapter the people complained on the next day about killing the people of the LORD. But, Moses and Aaron turned toward the tabernacle of the meeting and suddenly the glory of the LORD appeared. The LORD tells Moses to get away from the congregation because he will consume them (v. 45). Moses tells Aaron to use the censer with fire from the altar and make atonement for the congregation and the plague has already begun. After had made atonement for the people he had stood between the dead and the living; so the plague was stopped. The people that died from the plague were fourteen thousand and seven hundred and the additional two hundred and fifty that died in the Korach incident. (v. 46-49).

In closing the children of Israel learned in a very difficult way that the memorial is that “no outsider, who is not a descendant of Aaron, should come near to offer incense before the LORD, that he might not become like Korah and his companions, as the word of the LORD had come unto Moses, and not Korah, or another Christian religion. Although Jesus is a descendant of David, and the Pharisees asked how can you be his lord if you are his son? Many times in the house of Israel we don’t know each other, the people are blind to one anothers status and well there is a divided Kingdom to this day. However, we all know who we are, and some of us can go before the throne of David and some of us can’t. Nevertheless, God has taken vanity away from us all because even the princes of Israel shall fall like men. We each have a wonderful spiritual heritage and our God is more than able to give us love and to usher us to a permanent and eternal and loving home, so don’t worry about your discouragements and your set backs i.e., disease, drug addiction, poverty and homelessness – eternal life is waiting around the corner. Jesus said you have to be born again to receive eternal life and your righteousness must exceed that of the Pharisees.

So in this Memorial Parsha Korah we not only learn about the fact that it is okay to eat meat, but what types of meat are acceptable to the Kingdom of God, for the Priesthood on earth. The priesthood on earth is not the final judgment that you will get on earth about the foods that you should or should not be eating. I mean I have seen people eat squid (octopus), eel etc. Moreover, some of you are using different ingredients to make meat, imitation meat (tofu). So now you will know what the steps God took to make Kosher meat and bring the Israelites through the wilderness from a vegetarian diet, from Parsha Beha’alotcha (Numbers 10-12).
Now to things must occur before the final judgment, the Northern Kingdom and the Southern Kingdom of Israel must be fully restored by the second coming of the Messiah. So some of you that deny he fully exist, then you fit in with the goat, because the sheep well they do listen by going to church on Sunday. No one can teach you faith, right now you are constantly being transcended into a faith being through the Holy Spirit of God, and he is now your teacher. Many religions do not teach about the grace of God, and this is just what it means that no matter how many buildings that you walk in only God can give you the perfect peace that comes with understanding. I have heard people say to me, that I lack understanding and I am just a Sadducee, (a descendant of Zadok). I tell them, I changed DNA; I get my understanding straight from the Holy Spirit. Jesus said that he would give me another Comforter, that I would have less of him and more of the Holy Spirit. I no longer do what the former oppressor lets me do. I read my bible, and I follow the word of God. I know how the church is structured; I don’t have to worry about what the 1st century church would have done.
Now the word of God shall come to pass, and I won’t have to rebel against the children of God, in the prophetic and chosen positions of leadership, as Korah gathered against Moses and Aaron (Numbers 16:1-40). The word of God, in the House of God, shall come to pass, and I will not rebel against my God and complain saying you have killed the people of the LORD Thy God for the glory of the LORD will appear to reaffirm the good works that I do in his name. Matthew 25:11-13, 37-46. This is what you ought to feel every time you have church in your heart or enter God’s house, that you as a stranger are under one law, the perfect law of God.
In closing, Chapter 18 speaks direct to Aaron and tells him that you and your sons shall the bear the iniquity related to sanctuary. Now when you look at things not only is their disobedience but many people worship like their foreign occupiers taught them how to worship, i.e., Muslim occupation and Pharonic as in Pharisees similarities etc. So you should see that the people are sitting in darkness and have gotten far away from the teachings of the word of God. Right hear in this chapter, God says that you and your sons shall bear the iniquity of the sanctuary. There is only one family and one Priesthood t hat is responsible for the priesthood Amos 3:2. After God brings you out of Egypt, you model your religion after Pharaoh with the lake of fire and the god Re, etc. Even the forced removal of 45 million slaves out of Africa to be slaves in America because this was your promised land that were ill-treated and their descendants doomed to perpetual second class citizenry to this day; genocide is misconceptions of the Bible that did literally doctrine for the Canaanites who did not convert into the truth. God is speaking in this passage and he is saying that you will be accountable for your service in the House of God.
This is an amazing Parsha because there is accountability in the service of God. As soon as you get the word of God out of your mouth or manifest a gift you should not be met with rebellion and strife. I should not have to worry about robbery rinks, unethical tactics of co-mingling funds, fraud, and arguing with pastors against pastors for the duties of service. There is honor in the service of God. Paul says let a man that wants (Romans 2:5-11). I don’t have to worry about the gossip, the fact that you have no idea what I feel, or what I think, because you are not in love with Jesus, you don’t know him, so you say so well that makes us non-sisters and brothers, then so be it. As Jesus said, anyone who does the will of the Father is my brother and my sister, you have to be born again, you have to be a child of God (Mark 3:31-35). Thank God, Glory to God in his highest praise, through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Amen. God bless you.

In this weeks, Haftorah 1 Samuel 11 through 12

The prophet Samuel is a descendant of Korach, and upon Gods granting a request, he is directed by God to install a man name Saul (from the tribe of Benjamin) to be king over the Jews. King Saul is anointed as King by Samuel and is officially crowned King of Israel. King Saul was crowned king in the presence of the LORD God. A sacrifice was offered, the fellowship offering to help stimulate the fellowship with one another. In addition, the celebration of King Saul was great at the second, or the reaffirmation of Saul as King of Israel.

Then Samuel installs Saul as King at the urging of the people. Next Samuel, the prophet reads a passage from the Memorial Portion of Korach from Moses stating that his leadership has been exemplary. Samuel also encourages the people not to play the harlot with the nations and worship false gods, their wooden and gold idols.

Welcome to the Memorial Parsha of Jesus Christs’ Noah in Genesis 6 through Genesis 11:32. Sabbath, October 9th, 2010. Haftorah Isaiah 66

Genesis 6:5
5And God saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every imagination of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.
6And it repented the LORD that he had made man on the earth, and it grieved him at his heart.
7And the LORD said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.
8But Noah found grace in the eyes of the LORD.
9These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.
10And Noah begat three sons, Shem, Ham, and Japheth.
11The earth also was corrupt before God, and the earth was filled with violence.
12And God looked upon the earth, and, behold, it was corrupt; for all flesh had corrupted his way upon the earth.
13And God said unto Noah, The end of all flesh is come before me; for the earth is filled with violence through them; and, behold, I will destroy them with the earth.
14Make thee an ark of gopher wood; rooms shalt thou make in the ark, and shalt pitch it within and without with pitch.
15And this is the fashion which thou shalt make it of: The length of the ark shall be three hundred cubits, the breadth of it fifty cubits, and the height of it thirty cubits.
16A window shalt thou make to the ark, and in a cubit shalt thou finish it above; and the door of the ark shalt thou set in the side thereof; with lower, second, and third stories shalt thou make it.
17And, behold, I, even I, do bring a flood of waters upon the earth, to destroy all flesh, wherein is the breath of life, from under heaven; and every thing that is in the earth shall die.
18But with thee will I establish my covenant; and thou shalt come into the ark, thou, and thy sons, and thy wife, and thy sons’ wives with thee.
19And of every living thing of all flesh, two of every sort shalt thou bring into the ark, to keep them alive with thee; they shall be male and female.
20Of fowls after their kind, and of cattle after their kind, of every creeping thing of the earth after his kind, two of every sort shall come unto thee, to keep them alive.
21And take thou unto thee of all food that is eaten, and thou shalt gather it to thee; and it shall be for food for thee, and for them.
22Thus did Noah; according to all that God commanded him, so did he. (Genesis 6-11, King James Version)

Genesis 7:1-24
1And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.
2Of every clean beast thou shalt take to thee by sevens, the male and his female: and of beasts that are not clean by two, the male and his female.
3Of fowls also of the air by sevens, the male and the female; to keep seed alive upon the face of all the earth.
4For yet seven days, and I will cause it to rain upon the earth forty days and forty nights; and every living substance that I have made will I destroy from off the face of the earth.
5And Noah did according unto all that the LORD commanded him.
6And Noah was six hundred years old when the flood of waters was upon the earth.
7And Noah went in, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons’ wives with him, into the ark, because of the waters of the flood.
8Of clean beasts, and of beasts that are not clean, and of fowls, and of every thing that creepeth upon the earth,
9There went in two and two unto Noah into the ark, the male and the female, as God had commanded Noah.
10And it came to pass after seven days, that the waters of the flood were upon the earth.
11In the six hundredth year of Noah’s life, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, the same day were all the fountains of the great deep broken up, and the windows of heaven were opened.
12And the rain was upon the earth forty days and forty nights.
13In the selfsame day entered Noah, and Shem, and Ham, and Japheth, the sons of Noah, and Noah’s wife, and the three wives of his sons with them, into the ark;
14They, and every beast after his kind, and all the cattle after their kind, and every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind, and every fowl after his kind, every bird of every sort.
15And they went in unto Noah into the ark, two and two of all flesh, wherein is the breath of life.
16And they that went in, went in male and female of all flesh, as God had commanded him: and the LORD shut him in.
21creepeth upon the earth, and every man:
22All in whose nostrils was the breath of life, of all that was in the dry land, died.
23And every living substance was destroyed which was upon the face of the ground, both man, and cattle, and the creeping things, and the fowl of the heaven; and they were destroyed from the earth: and Noah only remained alive, and they that were with him in the ark.
24And the waters prevailed upon the earth an hundred and fifty days. (Genesis 7, King James Version)

Genesis 8:1-22
1And God remembered Noah, and every living thing, and all the cattle that was with him in the ark: and God made a wind to pass over the earth, and the waters assuaged;

2The fountains also of the deep and the windows of heaven were stopped, and the rain from heaven was restrained;
3And the waters returned from off the earth continually: and after the end of the hundred and fifty days the waters were abated.

4And the ark rested in the seventh month, on the seventeenth day of the month, upon the mountains of Ararat.
5And the waters decreased continually until the tenth month: in the tenth month, on the first day of the month, were the tops of the mountains seen.
6And it came to pass at the end of forty days, that Noah opened the window of the ark which he had made:
7And he sent forth a raven, which went forth to and fro, until the waters were dried up from off the earth.
8Also he sent forth a dove from him, to see if the waters were abated from off the face of the ground;
9But the dove found no rest for the sole of her foot, and she returned unto him into the ark, for the waters were on the face of the whole earth: then he put forth his hand, and took her, and pulled her in unto him into the ark.
10And he stayed yet other seven days; and again he sent forth the dove out of the ark;
11And the dove came in to him in the evening; and, lo, in her mouth was an olive leaf pluckt off: so Noah knew that the waters were abated from off the earth.
12And he stayed yet other seven days; and sent forth the dove; which returned not again unto him any more.
13And it came to pass in the six hundredth and first year, in the first month, the first day of the month, the waters were dried up from off the earth: and Noah removed the covering of the ark, and looked, and, behold, the face of the ground was dry.
14And in the second month, on the seven and twentieth day of the month, was the earth dried.
15And God spake unto Noah, saying,

16Go forth of the ark, thou, and thy wife, and thy sons, and thy sons’ wives with thee.
17Bring forth with thee every living thing that is with thee, of all flesh, both of fowl, and of cattle, and of every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth; that they may breed abundantly in the earth, and be fruitful, and multiply upon the earth.
18And Noah went forth, and his sons, and his wife, and his sons’ wives with him:

19Every beast, every creeping thing, and every fowl, and whatsoever creepeth upon the earth, after their kinds, went forth out of the ark.
20And Noah builded an altar unto the LORD; and took of every clean beast, and of every clean fowl, and offered burnt offerings on the altar.

21And the LORD smelled a sweet savour; and the LORD said in his heart, I will not again curse the ground any more for man’s sake; for the imagination of man’s heart is evil from his youth; neither will I again smite any more every thing living, as I have done.

22While the earth remaineth, seedtime and harvest, and cold and heat, and summer and winter, and day and night shall not cease. (Genesis 8, King James Version)

Genesis 9:1-29
1And God blessed Noah and his sons, and said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth.

2And the fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth, and upon every fowl of the air, upon all that moveth upon the earth, and upon all the fishes of the sea; into your hand are they delivered.
3Every moving thing that liveth shall be meat for you; even as the green herb have I given you all things.
4But flesh with the life thereof, which is the blood thereof, shall ye not eat.
5And surely your blood of your lives will I require; at the hand of every beast will I require it, and at the hand of man; at the hand of every man’s brother will I require the life of man.
6Whoso sheddeth man’s blood, by man shall his blood be shed: for in the image of God made he man.

7And you, be ye fruitful, and multiply; bring forth abundantly in the earth, and multiply therein.
8And God spake unto Noah, and to his sons with him, saying,
9And I, behold, I establish my covenant with you, and with your seed after you;

10And with every living creature that is with you, of the fowl, of the cattle, and of every beast of the earth with you; from all that go out of the ark, to every beast of the earth.

11And I will establish my covenant with you, neither shall all flesh be cut off any more by the waters of a flood; neither shall there any more be a flood to destroy the earth.
12And God said, This is the token of the covenant which I make between me and you and every living creature that is with you, for perpetual generations:

13I do set my bow in the cloud, and it shall be for a token of a covenant between me and the earth.
14And it shall come to pass, when I bring a cloud over the earth, that the bow shall be seen in the cloud:
15And I will remember my covenant, which is between me and you and every living creature of all flesh; and the waters shall no more become a flood to destroy all flesh.
16And the bow shall be in the cloud; and I will look upon it, that I may remember the everlasting covenant between God and every living creature of all flesh that is upon the earth.

17And God said unto Noah, This is the token of the covenant, which I have established between me and all flesh that is upon the earth.

18And the sons of Noah, that went forth of the ark, were Shem, and Ham, and Japheth: and Ham is the father of Canaan.

19These are the three sons of Noah: and of them was the whole earth overspread.
20And Noah began to be an husbandman, and he planted a vineyard:
21And he drank of the wine, and was drunken; and he was uncovered within his tent.
22And Ham, the father of Canaan, saw the nakedness of his father, and told his two brethren without.
23And Shem and Japheth took a garment, and laid it upon both their shoulders, and went backward, and covered the nakedness of their father; and their faces were backward, and they saw not their father’s nakedness.
24And Noah awoke from his wine, and knew what his younger son had done unto him.
25And he said, Cursed be Canaan; a servant of servants shall he be unto his brethren.
26And he said, Blessed be the LORD God of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.

27God shall enlarge Japheth, and he shall dwell in the tents of Shem; and Canaan shall be his servant.
28And Noah lived after the flood three hundred and fifty years.

29And all the days of Noah were nine hundred and fifty years: and he died. (Genesis 9, King James Version)

Genesis 10:1-30
1Now these are the generations of the sons of Noah, Shem, Ham, and Japheth: and unto them were sons born after the flood.
2The sons of Japheth; Gomer, and Magog, and Madai, and Javan, and Tubal, and Meshech, and Tiras.
3And the sons of Gomer; Ashkenaz, and Riphath, and Togarmah.
4And the sons of Javan; Elishah, and Tarshish, Kittim, and Dodanim.
5By these were the isles of the Gentiles divided in their lands; every one after his tongue, after their families, in their nations.
6And the sons of Ham; Cush, and Mizraim, and Phut, and Canaan.
7And the sons of Cush; Seba, and Havilah, and Sabtah, and Raamah, and Sabtechah: and the sons of Raamah; Sheba, and Dedan.

8And Cush begat Nimrod: he began to be a mighty one in the earth.
9He was a mighty hunter before the LORD: wherefore it is said, Even as Nimrod the mighty hunter before the LORD.
10And the beginning of his kingdom was Babel, and Erech, and Accad, and Calneh, in the land of Shinar.
11Out of that land went forth Asshur, and builded Nineveh, and the city Rehoboth, and Calah,
12And Resen between Nineveh and Calah: the same is a great city.

13And Mizraim begat Ludim, and Anamim, and Lehabim, and Naphtuhim,
14And Pathrusim, and Casluhim, (out of whom came Philistim,) and Caphtorim.
15And Canaan begat Sidon his first born, and Heth,
16And the Jebusite, and the Amorite, and the Girgasite,
17And the Hivite, and the Arkite, and the Sinite,
18And the Arvadite, and the Zemarite, and the Hamathite: and afterward were the families of the Canaanites spread abroad.
19And the border of the Canaanites was from Sidon, as thou comest to Gerar, unto Gaza; as thou goest, unto Sodom, and Gomorrah, and Admah, and Zeboim, even unto Lasha.
20These are the sons of Ham, after their families, after their tongues, in their countries, and in their nations.

21Unto Shem also, the father of all the children of Eber, the brother of Japheth the elder, even to him were children born.
22The children of Shem; Elam, and Asshur, and Arphaxad, and Lud, and Aram.
23And the children of Aram; Uz, and Hul, and Gether, and Mash.
24And Arphaxad begat Salah; and Salah begat Eber.
25And unto Eber were born two sons: the name of one was Peleg; for in his days was the earth divided; and his brother’s name was Joktan.
26And Joktan begat Almodad, and Sheleph, and Hazarmaveth, and Jerah,
27And Hadoram, and Uzal, and Diklah,
28And Obal, and Abimael, and Sheba,
29And Ophir, and Havilah, and Jobab: all these were the sons of Joktan.

30And their dwelling was from Mesha, as thou goest unto Sephar a mount of the east. (Genesis 10, King James Version)

Genesis 11:1-30
1And the whole earth was of one language, and of one speech.
2And it came to pass, as they journeyed from the east, that they found a plain in the land of Shinar; and they dwelt there.
3And they said one to another, “Go to, let us make brick, and burn them thoroughly. And they had brick for stone, and slime had they for morter.”
4And they said, “Go to, let us build us a city and a tower, whose top may reach unto heaven; and let us make us a name, lest we be scattered abroad upon the face of the whole earth.”

5And the LORD came down to see the city and the tower, which the children of men builded.

6And the LORD said, Behold, the people is one, and they have all one language; and this they begin to do: and now nothing will be restrained from them, which they have imagined to do.

7Go to, let us go down, and there confound their language, that they may not understand one another’s speech.

8So the LORD scattered them abroad from thence upon the face of all the earth: and they left off to build the city.

9Therefore is the name of it called Babel; because the LORD did there confound the language of all the earth: and from thence did the LORD scatter them abroad upon the face of all the earth.

10These are the generations of Shem: Shem was an hundred years old, and begat Arphaxad two years after the flood:

11And Shem lived after he begat Arphaxad five hundred years, and begat sons and daughters.

12And Arphaxad lived five and thirty years, and begat Salah:
13And Arphaxad lived after he begat Salah four hundred and three years, and begat sons and daughters.
14And Salah lived thirty years, and begat Eber:
15And Salah lived after he begat Eber four hundred and three years, and begat sons and daughters.
16And Eber lived four and thirty years, and begat Peleg:
17And Eber lived after he begat Peleg four hundred and thirty years, and begat sons and daughters.
18And Peleg lived thirty years, and begat Reu:
19And Peleg lived after he begat Reu two hundred and nine years, and begat sons and daughters.
20And Reu lived two and thirty years, and begat Serug:
21And Reu lived after he begat Serug two hundred and seven years, and begat sons and daughters.
22And Serug lived thirty years, and begat Nahor:
23And Serug lived after he begat Nahor two hundred years, and begat sons and daughters.
24And Nahor lived nine and twenty years, and begat Terah:
25And Nahor lived after he begat Terah an hundred and nineteen years, and begat sons and daughters.
26And Terah lived seventy years, and begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran.
27Now these are the generations of Terah: Terah begat Abram, Nahor, and Haran; and Haran begat Lot.
28And Haran died before his father Terah in the land of his nativity, in Ur of the Chaldees.
29And Abram and Nahor took them wives: the name of Abram‘s wife was Sarai; and the name of Nahor’s wife, Milcah, the daughter of Haran, the father of Milcah, and the father of Iscah.
30But Sarai was barren; she had no child. (Genesis 11, King James Version)

Roman Empire Destroys the 2nd Temple
Mark 13:14But when ye shall see the abomination of desolation, spoken of by Daniel the prophet, standing where it ought not, (let him that readeth understand,) then let them that be in Judaea flee to the mountains:

Commentary:

In Genesis 9, many people equate this famous biblical passage with the spiritual and possibly actual relationship with a Gentile Priest and a Jewish Priest. Nevertheless, it always good to give an Olive Branch as a sign of peace. During the days of World War II, many times you would see a dove fly alone, and doves are meant to fly side by side with the opposite sex. A common tradition in my family, on my fathers side is to get to Dove’s and release both at the end of the wedding symbolizing peace and good will toward all men now that there is a union between a man and a woman, that are directly out of the families of Noah.

In Genesis 10, Noah rises from being drunk and he knows that impulsively his son Ham, has not treated his nudity in the proper manner that a son should treat a father in this condition. So Noah commands a curse against the grandson of Ham, Canaan. Some sages believe the curse is issued against Ham because his childrens children would be very impulsive. Throughout the chapters of this Parsha you will see that the abomination of the desolation will cause the Temple, the house of God to be destroyed, not once but twice. During the Feast of Tabernacles, this descendant of Shem said, “The Joy of the LORD is your strength.” (Ezra 8:10).

Hanukkah begins on Dec. 2nd, 2010

TESTIMONY: Hanukkah, why we celebrate….? This is a non-pagan (heathen) holiday.

Hanukkah is quickly approaching; Eve Hanukkah Day 1 is on; Friday, December 3rd. See our calendar page on yehudah.org.

Hanukkah is found in the first book of Maccabees, which is a part of the original Tanakh (Septuagint Canon). Thus Yehudim of Malkut Yehudah celebrates Hanukkah.

Out tradition is to use a single oil lamp and attempt to keep it burning for eight days (excluding the Sabbath) on a quart of olive oil. Then, on the eighth day we have our celebration with songs, gifts, sweets, meal etc…

You are your Judean tribal leader, and you can celebrate Hanukkah as you wish. Shalom Moshe Zadok

Next we go back into the book of Genesis chapter ten through eleven tells of the Heroes that found Babel and much of the land of Nimrod. However, many people believe that the first language ever spoken was the language of Aramaic, and it is not w possible that there are other language that pose a obstacle to the main stream of the earths population to primarily speak Aramaic, such as English, Arabic, Greek, or Latin etc. Nevertheless, the descendants of Ham (black or burnt face) settled in Africa, the the Mesopotamian region and further east, which is evident in caves throughout Indo-China – the sine Region, in the far East Asia (the Sino as in Sinite). (Genesis 10:17; and 1st Chronicles 1:15) Although the Mother Eve is the first African woman of color to come forth into being that was not created and God did create her from the dust, from the rib of Adam. Likewise, many people say that the spiritual church is symbolically the same proto-type eve- created on the sixth day of creation to produce, bring into being, construct discover, shape, and design and she is made as a help to Adam. The Church of God, not the House of God can never replace the Temple in Jerusalem, thus the Church, like Eve is born from the blood and water that spilled down onto Calvary when Jesus was put on that rugged cross, on the hill of Golgotha. He’s coming back, and it won’t be a lamb, he will be the lion of Judah (Joshua 3:9-10).

The descendants from Eve, are known as the Hamites, Cushites, Mizraimites (Kemites), Phut, Canaanites, Babel and Babylonians, Assyrians were people that were “coal” black, definitely human African heritage, the kind of learning, wisdom and building. Nevertheless Nimrod is the founder of various Nations that are now conquered by Egyptian and Arabians from the South (Saudi). The crisis in the Psalm 66 historically illustrates the Assyrian crisis of 701 B.C. involving Sennacherib siege on Jerusalem, Zion, the Mount, City of God, the Eternal City of David etc. The siege of Jerusalem and King Hezekiah faithfulness to God and putting his trust in God, as his personal Deliverance. King Hezekiah received that divine intervention that he sought and this is the Deliverance of God, for the city of Jerusalem was spared (Standard Publishing, page 82; Isaiah 37:16-20). The praise and sacrifice offered by the King caused God to rescue His Chosen People.

Yet, when you need deliverance, remember the Heathens Do Rage (John 18:36), and this is no propaganda that the Second Temple was build after 516, from Babylonia captivity (Psalm 66:13). King David prophecied that every Nation would stand up and rage, roar… Therefore, I agree that this Haftorah can be applied to any deliverance the people of God experience in any circumstance, be it the Third Temple or reconciliation with your family, your Ultimate reconciliation is with God, after you are saved, submitted, anointed and converted — this is the last and final plan to return to God. The word of God will manifest through the Holy Spirit in your life, in your house, the house of your immediate biological family, respectively. The word of God, is Christ Jesus, that will help you in your transformation to an audience of one, The True God (Isaiah 40:18). Your reconciliation to God, shall come to pass this saying is not a paraphrase or propaganda. The desire to love, obey, and observe God, is part of the transformation to reconciling your household, and you back to the One True God. The Mizpah, in going up to House of God and asked counsel of God, this too shall come to pass. (Revelations 19:6; Isaiah 66:6; and Romans 11:26-36). The believers of God are in the physical church. The other day, I spoke to a neighbor of mine and she did not think that the physical church is necessary… you know to gather to the saints. Well as the week progressed, I got really tired and was holding my calculator as if it was the television remote, but the thought that the church is not necessary to gather with the Saints of God is baseless, and is not Christian Scholarly (Hebrew 10:25). The believer has the power of God, to perform any mitzpah to diligently build your branch of the House of God. One day we’ll all be together.

There are other notable people of Hamitic (Genesis 10:6-20) descendants that are also from Hagar (Genesis 16:1 and Genesis 21:9; Ephraim and Manasseh, sons of Joseph by Asenath, daughter of Poti-Pherah, the Egyptian Priest (Genesis 41:50-52). However, during the time of Moses, Amentop raided Assyria and made it a vassal state, prior to the Israelites occupying and settling into the land (M. Banks). This is the only website that will tell you how lovely and beautiful you are, and that Jesus is a Gentle Gentile Redeemer. (Isaiah 42).

However, in the eleventh chapter of Genesis, we read that Nahor is the grandfather of Abraham, and the father of Terah. Abraham was called away from his family. Abraham was called away from idol worship. However, Nahor was the last of the sons of God to live over a thousand and thirty-nine years. Terah was a native of the land of the Chaldeans (Babylon), he lived two hundred and the five years, and died in Haran. Terah, the father of Abraham left his native land and went into the land of Canaan (Genesis 11:24-32).

There are other notable people of Shemitic descent which is the king of Peace (Salem) known as the order of Melchizdek. There is much speculation that he is not of Shemitic origin but King David puts that to rest, when he declares that his descendant will be an eternal Priest forever on the throne of King David, in the eternal city of Jerusalem (Psalm 110:4). The Apostle Paul is the last Shemitic priest, to magnify his ministry amongst the Gentiles. (Hebrews 5:7-10; Hebrews 6:20; Hebrew 7:11, 17, Micah 6:6; Acts 16:17; Ruth 3:10; 2nd Samuel 2:5; Numbers 4:15-26; Numbers 23:19; and Matthew 11:25).

Later in the book of Genesis, Abram is blessed by the High Priest of the Most High God, Melchizdek. Abraham is also later transformed into Abraham, the father of Isaac, and also the father of many nations: He is the spiritual father of the Hamitic people. Abraham gives many people of faith the covenant of circumcision. I once was told by a Morman that only he could lay hands on me to give me the blessings of Abraham. “I then said to him, ‘why I am already born into the line of Abraham,’ how is it that you determine and lord over my biological birth right?” Sometimes religion can go a little too far and is very dangerous. Nevertheless, the Gospel came to pass, beginning with the power of God, the gospel beings with Abraham. Thank you to all who have purchased over eight billion copies of the Protestant Bible, King James Version. It also came to pass that Abraham is the father of Christianity with over two and half billion subscribes that Jesus is Lord, or atleast we like to think that everyone believes that Jesus is Lord. There will never be a Messiah. The Church of God belongs to Jesus (Mark 12:9-11). Thank God that Abraham transformed into the father of the Hamitics, and through Jesus you are a joint-heir of the Kingdom of God. It also came to pass that Abraham is the father of Christianity with over billions of Christians, still growing – and most importantly the crown jewel of the church, the believer (Romans 8:14-17). However the descendants of Aaron will have an honored house, and the Levites have the LORD Thy God as their portion (Numbers 18:20; Deuteronomy 10:9, Deuteronomy 18:1-2). King David will have a honored house, in the eternal city of Jerusalem. The following are a list of Shemitic priest, that are great prophets in Christianity:

  • Noah, Genesis 6:13-22
  • Abraham, Genesis 12:1-3
  • Jacob, Genesis 28:12-15
  • Moses, Exodus 3:1-22
  • Gideon, Judges 6:11-23
  • Samuel, Judges 6:11-23 (pending)
  • Elijah, 1st Kings 17:2-14
  • Elisha, 1st Kings 19:16-19
  • Ezekiel, Ezekiel 2:3
  • Jonah, Jonah 3:18-22
  • Peter Andrew, James and John, Matthew 4:18-22
  • Paul, Acts 9:1-19
  • Description of God, Lord our Righteousness, Jeremiah 23:6
  • Description of God, Lord Sabaoth (Lord of Hosts), Isaiah 13:19 and Rom. 9:29

After Abram is transformed into Abraham, the father of Isaac, and also the father of many nations. It came to pass, the gospel is the power of God, and the gospel begins with Abraham, as demonstrated with over eight billion published copies of the Protestant Bible in circulation. It also came to pass that Abraham is the father of Christianity with over two and half billion (2 1/2) subscribers to Christianity, Jesus is Lord. (Romans 8:22-30)

Last but not least the famous descendants from Shem that wrote the Bible are descended from the tribes, the seventy souls that accompany Jacob into Egypt, after the famine and money fails in the land of Egypt, and also in the land of Canaan.

Finally, the notable descendants of Shem are the thirteen tribes that inherit the land of Canaan, which include Joseph, Manassah and Ephraim; Dan; Zebulun; Judah; Simeon; Reuben, who forfeited his firstborn rights because he went with his forefather handmaid and caused Joseph to be sold by the Ishmael; Benjamin; Gad; Naphtali; Asher; and Issachar (Deuteronomy 33:6-29; and Revelations 7:3-8). The House of Jacob is Israel. Although the tribe of Levi does not Inherit any of the land because the tribe did not sell their land during the famine, so technically their land (Hebron) is theirs to this date. Nevertheless the descendants of Aaron will have an honored house, and House of David will have an honored house, this is the main reason that I also take the last supper of Christ during the Passover, so that Kingdom will be fulfilled. (Psalm 118:3; Deuteronomy 10:9 and Deuteronomy 18:1-2).

In the book of Genesis, Chapter 10:1-5, the son of Noah, Japheth is the founder of the region of Magog, the mountain called God (Genesis 10:2). The prophet Ezekiel prophecies about the descendants of Japheth, that settle in Asia. Ezekiel, the prophet, prophecies about Israel’s last enemy, almost as if death is too good to be mankind’s final enemy. Listen up, we all have enemies, here is a clue on how to let the Spirit of God execute the anointing (grace, peace, joy, prosperity, and the favor of God) on your behalf against your enemies. Be still and know God, just know his name, Jehovah, and the mountains will move, and the paraphrase (Habakkuk 2:3) it shall come to pass means that the anointing is about to take over. 1 Now the word of the LORD came to me, saying, 2Son of man, set your face against Gog, of the land of Magog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal, and prophesy against him, 3 and say, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: “Behold, I am against you, O Gog, the prince of Rosh, Meshech, and Tubal. 4 I will turn you around, put hooks into your jaws, and lead you out, with all your army, horses, and horsemen, all splendidly clothed, a great company with bucklers and shields, all of them handling swords. 5 Persia, Ethiopia, and Libya are with them, all of them with shield and helmet; 6 Gomer and all its troops; the house of Togarmah from the far north and all its troops—many people are with you. 7 “Prepare yourself and be ready, you and all your companies that are gathered about you; and be a guard for them. 8 After many days you will be visited. In the latter years you will come into the land of those brought back from the sword and gathered from many people on the mountains of Israel, which had long been desolate; they were brought out of the nations, and now all of them dwell safely. 9 You will ascend, coming like a storm, covering the land like a cloud, you and all your troops and many peoples with you.”
10 ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: “On that day it shall come to pass that thoughts will arise in your mind, and you will make an evil plan: 11 You will say, ‘I will go up against a land of unwalled villages; I will go to a peaceful people, who dwell safely, all of them dwelling without walls, and having neither bars nor gates’— 12 to take plunder and to take booty, to stretch out your hand against the waste places that are again inhabited, and against a people gathered from the nations, who have acquired livestock and goods, who dwell in the midst of the land. 13 Sheba, Dedan, the merchants of Tarshish, and all their young lions will say to you, ‘Have you come to take plunder? Have you gathered your army to take booty, to carry away silver and gold, to take away livestock and goods, to take great plunder?’”’
14 “Therefore, son of man, prophesy and say to Gog, ‘Thus says the Lord GOD: “On that day when My people Israel dwell safely, will you not know it? 15 Then you will come from your place out of the far north, you and many peoples with you, all of them riding on horses, a great company and a mighty army. 16 You will come up against My people Israel like a cloud, to cover the land. It will be in the latter days that I will bring you against My land, so that the nations may know Me, when I am hallowed in you, O Gog, before their eyes.” 17 Thus says the Lord GOD: “Are you he of whom I have spoken in former days by My servants the prophets of Israel, who prophesied for years in those days that I would bring you against them?
18And it will come to pass at the same time, when Gog comes against the land of Israel,” says the Lord GOD, “that My fury will show in My face. 19 For in My jealousy and in the fire of My wrath I have spoken: ‘Surely in that day there shall be a great earthquake in the land of Israel, 20 so that the fish of the sea, the birds of the heavens, the beasts of the field, all creeping things that creep on the earth, and all men who are on the face of the earth shall shake at My presence. The mountains shall be thrown down, the steep places shall fall, and every wall shall fall to the ground.’ 21 I will call for a sword against Gog throughout all My mountains,” says the Lord GOD. “Every man’s sword will be against his brother. 22 And I will bring him to judgment with pestilence and bloodshed; I will rain down on him, on his troops, and on the many peoples who are with him, flooding rain, great hailstones, fire, and brimstone. 23 Thus I will magnify Myself and sanctify Myself, and I will be known in the eyes of many nations. Then they shall know that I am the LORD.”’ (Ezekiel 38, New King James Version)

The wonderful illustration Christ left the world is the parable of the fig tree. Your faith will bring into fruition the anointing that shall come to pass on behalf of you from God against your enemies, as in the book of of wars of Jehovah, when he moved the mountains (offenses). (Numbers 21:14). Faith is as simple a fig tree, never look at anything and be tricked or coaxed into thinking that a person bears fruit, neither a tree. The prophet Jeremiah prophecies ON THAT GREAT DAY the descendants of Ham, that will repay each for their sinful and wicked deeds by the works of their hands. (Jeremiah 25:14). (Luke 14:12-14). The prophet Jeremiah spoke about the fig tree, by the “4Again the word of the Lord came unto me, saying,

5Thus saith the Lord, the God of Israel; Like these good figs, so will I acknowledge them that are carried away captive of Judah, whom I have sent out of this place into the land of the Chaldeans for their good.

6For I will set mine eyes upon them for good, and I will bring them again to this land: and I will build them, and not pull them down; and I will plant them, and not pluck them up.7And I will give them an heart to know me, that I am the Lord: and they shall be my people, and I will be their God: for they shall return unto me with their whole heart (Jeremiah 24:4-7).”

In the Gospel of Jesus Christ according to Luke, 6He spake also this parable; A certain man had a fig tree planted in his vineyard; and he came and sought fruit thereon, and found none.7Then said he unto the dresser of his vineyard, Behold, these three years I come seeking fruit on this fig tree, and find none: cut it down; why cumbereth it the ground? 8And he answering said unto him, Lord, let it alone this year also, till I shall dig about it, and dung it: 9And if it bear fruit, well: and if not, then after that thou shalt cut it down. The prophet in the book of

Judges 9:7-15 7And when they told it to Jotham, he went and stood in the top of mount Gerizim, and lifted up his voice, and cried, and said unto them, “Hearken unto me, ye men of Shechem, that God may hearken unto you. 8The trees went forth on a time to anoint a king over them; and they said unto the olive tree, Reign thou over us. 9But the olive tree said unto them, Should I leave my fatness, wherewith by me they honour God and man, and go to be promoted over the trees? 10And the trees said to the fig tree, Come thou, and reign over us. 11But the fig tree said unto them, Should I forsake my sweetness, and my good fruit, and go to be promoted over the trees? 12Then said the trees unto the vine, Come thou, and reign over us. 13And the vine said unto them, Should I leave my wine, which cheereth God and man, and go to be promoted over the trees?14Then said all the trees unto the bramble, Come thou, and reign over us.15And the bramble said unto the trees, If in truth ye anoint me king over you, then come and put your trust in my shadow: and if not, let fire come out of the bramble, and devour the cedars of Lebanon.

Lastly, in the previous Memorial Parsha, God tells Cain that he must reign over his sin to please God. You can not please God with your own choices and desires. Likewise, the church must remain engrafted in the word because Jesus is the vine, and you are the Eve in Adam’s apple. (Genesis 3:6-7. (Genesis 4:5-7). Just like Eve, the new Adam, Jesus Christ gives us the power of the HOly Spirit to justify our deeds as works of Grace, from God and we don’t have to run behind a fig leaf, we can curse that fig tree if the tree does not bear eternal fruit. (Galatians 5:22-23).

Jesus said at the very least that he would go to the mountains (Jerusalem) to seek the lost sheep (Matthew 18:12). The believer (church) that does not remain int he Jesus, will be destroyed by their sin. Your sin, the evil work of your hands will not give you a chance to go hide behind the fig tree. Thank God for his goodness, His Son, that we have the sacrifices of mirth for gladness. (Nehemiah 8:12) (Ecclesiastes 8:15; Ecclesiastes10:7) (Luke 13:1).

In closing, I say to you that it shall come to pass that the believer will bear the fruits of the vine: the voice, mirth (gladness); the bridegroom; the bride (church) and the sound of millstones (Luke 17:2); and the light of the lamp.

• Great Flood Begins (2105 BCE)

The rains began to fall on the 17th of Cheshvan of the year 1656 from creation (2105), flooding the earth and rising above the highest mountains. Only Noah and his family survived, in the ark built to that end by Divine command, and a pair of each animal species, who entered with him into the ark.

The following is a chronology of the Flood, as indicated by the dates and time periods given in the Torah’s account and calculated by Rashi:

Cheshvan 17: Noah enters ark; rains begin.
Kislev 27: Forty days of rain end; begin 150 days of water’s swelling and churning, during which the water reaches a height of 15 cubits above the mountain peaks.
Sivan 1: Water calms and begins to subside at the rate of one cubit every four days.
Sivan 17: The bottom of the ark, submerged 11 cubits beneath the surface, touches down on the top of Mount Ararat.
Av 1: The mountain peaks break the water’s surface.
Elul 10:Forty days after the mountain peaks become visible, Noah opens the ark’s window and dispatches a raven.
Elul 17: Noah sends the dove for the first time.
Elul 23: The dove is sent a second time, and returns with an olive leaf in its beak.
Tishrei 1: Dove’s third mission. Water completely drained.
Cheshvan 27: Ground fully dried. Noah exits ark.
(This chronology follows the opinion of the Talmudic sage Rabbi Eliezer; according to Rabbi Joshua’s interpretation, the Flood began on Iyar 17, and all above dates should be moved ahead six months.) Total time that Noah spent in the ark: 365 days (one solar year; one year and 11 days on the lunar calendar).

Flood ends (2104 BCE) -On the 27th of Cheshvan of the year 1657 from creation (2104 BCE) “the earth dried” (Genesis 8:14) completing the 365-day duration of the great flood that wiped out all life on earth save for the eight human beings and and the animals (two of each species) in Noah’s ark; on this day G-d commanded Noah to “Come out of the ark” and repopulate, settle and civilize the earth. Life offers many reasons Noah's Ark and the sign of the covenantfor discouragement, but the Bible offers more reasons for hope!

Memorial Parsha of the Disciples of Jesus Christs Beresheit

Kirk Franklin. “Now Behold the Lamb.”

Welcome to the Memorial Parsha of Jesus Christs’ Beresheit. Sabbath, September 2nd, 2010. Genesis 1 through Genesis 6. Share
1In the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.
2And the earth was without form, and void; and darkness was upon the face of the deep. And the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
3And God said, Let there be light: and there was light.
4And God saw the light, that it was good: and God divided the light from the darkness.
5And God called the light Day, and the darkness he called Night. And the evening and the morning were the first day.
6And God said, Let there be a firmament in the midst of the waters, and let it divide the waters from the waters.
7And God made the firmament, and divided the waters which were under the firmament from the waters which were above the firmament: and it was so.
8And God called the firmament Heaven. And the evening and the morning were the second day.
9And God said, Let the waters under the heaven be gathered together unto one place, and let the dry land appear: and it was so.
10And God called the dry land Earth; and the gathering together of the waters called he Seas: and God saw that it was good.
11And God said, Let the earth bring forth grass, the herb yielding seed, and the fruit tree yielding fruit after his kind, whose seed is in itself, upon the earth: and it was so.
12And the earth brought forth grass, and herb yielding seed after his kind, and the tree yielding fruit, whose seed was in itself, after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
13And the evening and the morning were the third day.
14And God said, Let there be lights in the firmament of the heaven to divide the day from the night; and let them be for signs, and for seasons, and for days, and years:
15And let them be for lights in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth: and it was so.
16And God made two great lights; the greater light to rule the day, and the lesser light to rule the night: he made the stars also.
17And God set them in the firmament of the heaven to give light upon the earth,
18And to rule over the day and over the night, and to divide the light from the darkness: and God saw that it was good.
19And the evening and the morning were the fourth day.
20And God said, Let the waters bring forth abundantly the moving creature that hath life, and fowl that may fly above the earth in the open firmament of heaven.
21And God created great whales, and every living creature that moveth, which the waters brought forth abundantly, after their kind, and every winged fowl after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
22And God blessed them, saying, Be fruitful, and multiply, and fill the waters in the seas, and let fowl multiply in the earth.
23And the evening and the morning were the fifth day.
24And God said, Let the earth bring forth the living creature after his kind, cattle, and creeping thing, and beast of the earth after his kind: and it was so.
25And God made the beast of the earth after his kind, and cattle after their kind, and every thing that creepeth upon the earth after his kind: and God saw that it was good.
26And God said, Let us make man in our image, after our likeness: and let them have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl of the air, and over the cattle, and over all the earth, and over every creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth.
27So God created man in his own image, in the image of God created he him; male and female created he them.
28And God blessed them, and God said unto them, Be fruitful, and multiply, and replenish the earth, and subdue it: and have dominion over the fish of the sea, and over the fowl o f the air, and over every living thing that moveth upon the earth.
29And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which is upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which is the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.
30And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein there is life, I have given every green herb for meat: and it was so.
31And God saw every thing that he had made, and, behold, it was very good. And the evening and the morning were the sixth day.

Genesis 2 (King James Version)

1Thus the heavens and the earth were finished, and all the host of them.
2And on the seventh day God ended his work which he had made; and he rested on the seventh day from all his work which he had made.
3And God blessed the seventh day, and sanctified it: because that in it he had rested from all his work which God created and made.
4These are the generations of the heavens and of the earth when they were created, in the day that the LORD God made the earth and the heavens,
5And every plant of the field before it was in the earth, and every herb of the field before it grew: for the LORD God had not caused it to rain upon the earth, and there was not a man to till the ground.
6But there went up a mist from the earth, and watered the whole face of the ground.
7And the LORD God formed man of the dust of the ground, and breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul.
8And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.
9And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.
10And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads.
11The name of the first is Pison: that is it which compasseth the whole land of Havilah, where there is gold;
12And the gold of that land is good: there is bdellium and the onyx stone.
13And the name of the second river is Gihon: the same is it that compasseth the whole land of Ethiopia.
14And the name of the third river is Hiddekel: that is it which goeth toward the east of Assyria. And the fourth river is Euphrates.
15And the LORD God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it.
16And the LORD God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat:
17But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
18And the LORD God said, It is not good that the man should be alone; I will make him an help meet for him.
19And out of the ground the LORD God formed every beast of the field, and every fowl of the air; and brought them unto Adam to see what he would call them: and whatsoever Adam called every living creature, that was the name thereof.
20And Adam gave names to all cattle, and to the fowl of the air, and to every beast of the field; but for Adam there was not found an help meet for him.
21And the LORD God caused a deep sleep to fall upon Adam, and he slept: and he took one of his ribs, and closed up the flesh instead thereof;
22And the rib, which the LORD God had taken from man, made he a woman, and brought her unto the man.
23And Adam said, “This is now bone of my bones, and flesh of my flesh: she shall be called Woman, because she was taken out of Man.
24Therefore shall a man leave his father and his mother, and shall cleave unto his wife: and they shall be one flesh.”
25And they were both naked, the man and his wife, and were not ashamed.

Commentary:

This is a story of God’s Majesty and Human Dignity. The writer says that God’s glory is above the heavens, if we are not caught up above the heavens is there even more to know about God’s creations in the Cosmos and the higher heavens, New Jerusalem. (Psalm 8:5,6 and Hebrews 2:7).  While many begin to learn the name of the creator, others are saying that if you call him anyother name that it is blaspheme. Here are some of the names that Christian Doctrine invented for Elokim is English for God and Adonai is English for LORD — and Jehovah is Gods name (Psalm 83:18 and Exodus 6:3). Many times you will hear a Christian say Jehovah Gmolah (the LORD God of Recompense), however this name is only describing the what the One True God, and creator of all of heaven and earth is doing for a believer at the time. (Isaiah 61:8).
Elohim – Some Christians believe that the first occurrence of this title is in Genesis 1:1 and is translated in the King James Version (KJV) as “God.” It appears in the Old Testament about 2,500 times. It describes God’s greatness and glory; it displays God’s power and Sovereignity; and also means sovereignty.
Jevhovah, or Yahweh – Many Christians also believe that the first occurrence of this title is in genesis 4:1 and is translated in the King James Version as “LORD.” The name “LORD,” or as some Christians would like to believe “it,” appears in the Old Testament over 6,000 times. On the contrast, God does not go by a lot of different names and I can assure that the person that wrote this had ancestors that were pagan and unspiritual.

Rosh Hashanah (in Hebrew)
Rosh Hashanah

Moreover, some Christians wrote that Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob are know God by the name of El Shaddai, which means the Eternal, the Immutable One, He who WAS, and IS, and IS TO COME (Genesis 21:33; Exodus 3:13-14, Exodus 6:3; Psalm 83:1; Isaiah 12:2; and Isaiah 26:2). However, the Hebrew Bible, nor King James himself are suggesting this doctrine, but the philosophy has an interesting twist. Unlike the true believer, many Christians know how important Jerusalem is to Christ, as he waits for the Kingdom of God to be fulfilled. If many Christians would have partaken in Rosh Hashanah then you would have read the binding of Isaac, in Genesis 21:33 on the first day. Most importantly if you examine Psalm 83:5-7, you have to look at the wonders God has performed in redeeming His people against their adversaries, the confederates that join with Amalek, the Edomites and the Ishmaelites, this is pretty scary and is no laughing matter. Yet in verse twelve there is hope, that yet the Third Temple, will be rebuilt. (Psalm 83:12). It is sad because some people will let Christ be their Lord and Saviour, only if he they feel their beliefs have caused Him to be crucified on the cross. Ironically your doctrine comes so close to the birth of the world, to even idealize the exact location as the Temple threshingfloor in Jerusalem. The question is will I or will I continue to take the abuse and rebellion of some two and half-million Christians who will not observe Rosh Hashanah or Yom Kippur?, I don’t think so… Christ will give the final banquet, but I give up. Jesus said, “Matthew 26:29, I tell you, I will not drink of this fruit of the vine from now on until that day when I drink it anew with you in my Father’s kingdom.” (Matthew 26).

Binding of Isaac in Genesis 21

Many times people try to explain the foundations of the world. You have people who build their entire lives on legalism and the theories that he can explain and so there is no need for the bible. However, I found that if you carefully listen to Psalm 8 and Genesis 1 and Genesis 2, that basically explain the scientific truths and facts about the origins of man and the earth. Yet the foolish things to man are God’s glory.

Many people think that the Garden of Eden is Asia, but creation clearly demonstrates that the beginning started in the land of Cush, in the continent of Africa. You can basically tell where the garden is near by the rivers and the clouds that bring rain onto the earth. It is important that you situate yourself into a good bible believing church that celebrates your unique ethnicity. Never fellowship with a person that has their eye on evil to enslave you into sinful bondage. You deserve to be happy and the individual priest of your happiness until the end of time.
There are some do’s and don’ts that I expect from people that invite me to their sanctuary. I don’t like for a person to think that the movement is Church. The church is in no way a movement. Now there are some impressive movements like the entire religion of Islam. There is also the movement of the Latter Day Saints, which may also hold services on Sunday. Nevertheless, the church of God which is in your heart is not a movement. As a matter of fact all the individuals that follow the mandates of the Apostle Paul that gives the exact structure of the church for Gentiles, this is in no way a movement. Shout out to a new neighbor: Liberty House Ministries.  “Now the Lord is that Spirit, and where the spirit of the Lord is, there is LIBERTY! (2nd Corinthians 3:17). I really like this catchy phrase because I don’t want people to assume that I am co-dependent. There are a lot of things that Christians can do to make the case for Christ, unfortunately we are dealing with Christ so no matter how bad you mess up, you can’t make the case against for Christ.
I don’t like when people ask, were your ancestors slaves? I find this very offensive to assume that my ancestors were slaves. One lady at a Messianic place said to me, “Well looking at your hair, people will think you are African American and that’s all you should be. Looking at me, and the fact that my mother is Irish, I can be whatever I want to be. Then she said, “I am confused, ‘how can you say that you are by nationality Cherokee Indian?’ I replied to her, it really is not any of your business who my ancestors are, but I can’t be separated from my people because you did not get the approval.” A lot of times if you hair is thick, like mine, and it really is a good grade and texture but it is thick and ethnic, there is nothing coarse about me. People may say to you, “excuse me are you in the wrong place?” The bottom line is I did not approve of slavery prior to 1868, and I won’t approve of slavery in 2010. So don’t ask me what I think about Moses’ Law. Regardless of what the bible says, America was a coward and an abomination when it came to matters of forced slavery. I have always advocated for economic empowerment and the a solid family structure. If slavery is ever re-instituted in other countries, I think that it would be the worse in America. Besides, I am not foolish or jealous of any other American citizen and so I wish all of my fellow Americans the very best. Even though sometimes I can feel my ancestors saying this is really hard to make a case for Christ, when they were here for over 12,000 years and they wake up to virtually nothing even in 2010, but the assurance of death as the last enemy.(1st Corinthians 15:26). My gatherings will be in the honor of the House of Stuart, House of Aaron, House of Israel.
What to name your Knessets (Synagogues)?
We are discouraging the use of names for our Synagogues names that include: “Temple,” as “Temple Israel,” “Temple Abraham” etc…
We are commanded to present our offerings to God only on the alter in The Jewish “Temple” in Jerusalem. We do not want to appear to be building alternate alters or “alternate temples” to our God in diasporas.
Thus, we are recommending to our Leaders and Elders to name their diasporas gatherings; “House of _________ (Your Name), House of Israel, House of Abraham, etc…..
Or; Beit ________(Your Name), Beit Israel, Beyit, Bait etc…
Or __________(Your Name) Knesset. Or names like; “Israel Knesset,” “Abraham Knesset” etc….
Or Ben __________(Your Name) etc…. Or Benai Israel, Benai Abraham, etc….
Our Knessets are tribal, united monarchies, in which you sit in the place Moses for your tribe, as king and priest.
Shalom, Ken Zaken

Nevertheless, there are even more exciting developments of man’s journey into the perfect paradise and then his uneventful exit out of the perfect paradise, the garden of Eden. In Genesis 3, man’s eyes are opened after he is made to fall by transgression. There are a lot of busy people that are very subtle and speak falsely and they are simply liars. However you should never fall into the habit of speaking ill of people, you should simply ignore a liar. This entire chapter is dedicated unto uncovering the transgressor, the original Anti-Christ.
Next in Genesis 4, Adam and Eve bore two male children. Adam and Eve clearly say that one child is a man from the Lord. Cain does not please God with his fruits. God warns Cain that he will not get a reign on his sin. In this story, I would like to believe that Abel did everything possible to avoid frustrating his brother; because Cain is the first murder recorded in the Hebrew Bible. Nevertheless, after the first murder occurred a new son was born to Adam and his wife, Eve and she named her son Seth (God has appointed another seed for me instead of Abel, whom Cain killed). In life you will meet original murders (the son of perdition) and you will meet original seeds of God. (Genesis 4:25).
Next in Genesis 5, “In the day that God crated man, He made man in his likeness, a likeness of God. God created them both male and female. God blessed the male and the female and called them Mankind in the day they were created. This is amazing how God has given each person including the poor and the destitute lordship over all of the earth, we are custodians with boundaries. Man is made for woman and woman is made for man, a child should always be planned and considered from God. Adam lives to be one hundred and thirty years old and begot a son in his own likeness, after his image and named him Seth. Unlike Jesus who is the only begotten Son of God, the lamb of God. (John 1:14). You have to remember that Adam continued to wait for the mother of all living things to signal a good time to have more children and then after 800 years Adam had procreated sons and daughters. Like Abraham, Adam was the father of the living. Abram became the father of the Hamitic people. Noah was born to Lamech when he was when he was five 589 years old, he died at the age of 777 years old. Nevertheless Methuselah was the first Apostle of God, and he lived the long at 689 years old. As Apostles and Disciples of God, you may be challenged to live a life where God is the head of the household. I personally know that having children 365 years before God has ordained you to have a child will not help your walk with God (Genesis 5:22). You may go 300 or 500 years without seeing a mate to procreate or even 600 years without having a second child with a woman like Eve, but it will be worth the obedience to God instead of committing adultery and fornication. In concluding Chapter 5, Noah, a righteous preacher was 500 years old when he begot my ancestor, Shem, and then he begot Ham, and Japheth. (Genesis 5:32).
In the last chapter of this memorial Parsha is Genesis 6, through verses 8. This chapter addresses the wickedness of man, and so God judges man. God is sovereign and he judges man. Again, if you have not found the right mate then I encourage you to wait on God for the opposite sex. At this point God initially cuts down the years of man from 900 to 120 years of age. I think what triggered God to reduce the years that mortal mankind can live is that the sons of God saw the daughters of men, that they were beautiful, and they took wives for themselves of all whom they chose. (Genesis 6:2). God wants you to trust totally in him, he wants a man with a woman, and a woman with a man. There is no need to be try – sexual. God is able and he can provide you with a mate, all you have to do is wait on God. As you can see Adam and all of his great grandsons weighted 300 to 500 years before begetting another child.

Video, Lincoln Brewster, “Lord I lift your name on high.” http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ayg7WwRr4sQ
God said, My spirit shall not always strive with man, for that he also is flesh: yet his days shall be an hundred and twenty years. (Genesis 6:3).  During the time of the early sons of God, there were giants on the earth and when the sons of God knew the daughters of men they bore children to them; the sons of God were mighty men who were of old, men of renown. Nevertheless even god himself had grieved that he had created mankind because saw the wickedness of man was great in the earth and that every intent of the thoughts were just evil. God said, I will destroy man whom I have created from the face of the earth; both man, and beast, and the creeping thing, and the fowls of the air; for it repenteth me that I have made them.

20Once, having been asked by the Pharisees when the kingdom of God would come, Jesus replied, “The kingdom of God does not come with your careful observation, 21nor will people say, ‘Here it is,’ or ‘There it is,’ because the kingdom of God is within[b] you.”

22Then he said to his disciples, “The time is coming when you will long to see one of the days of the Son of Man, but you will not see it. 23Men will tell you, ‘There he is!’ or ‘Here he is!’ Do not go running off after them. 24For the Son of Man in his day[c] will be like the lightning, which flashes and lights up the sky from one end to the other. 25But first he must suffer many things and be rejected by this generation.

26“Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man. 27People were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all.

28“It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. 29But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.

30“It will be just like this on the day the Son of Man is revealed.

31On that day no one who is on the roof of his house, with his goods inside, should go down to get them. Likewise, no one in the field should go back for anything.

32Remember Lot’s wife! 33Whoever tries to keep his life will lose it, and whoever loses his life will preserve it.

34I tell you, on that night two people will be in one bed; one will be taken and the other left.

35Two women will be grinding grain together; one will be taken and the other left.”[d]

 37“Where, Lord?” they asked.
He replied, “Where there is a dead body, there the vultures will gather.”

Luke 19:11, 26-27 – The Parable of the Ten Minas

11While they were listening to this, he went on to tell them a parable, because he was near Jerusalem and the people thought that the kingdom of God was going to appear at once.

26“He replied, ‘I tell you that to everyone who has, more will be given, but as for the one who has nothing, even what he has will be taken away. 27But those enemies of mine who did not want me to be king over them—bring them here and kill them in front of me.”

Luke 19:28-38 – The Triumphal Entry

28After Jesus had said this, he went on ahead, going up to Jerusalem. 29As he approached Bethphage and Bethany at the hill called the Mount of Olives, he sent two of his disciples, saying to them, 30“Go to the village ahead of you, and as you enter it, you will find a colt tied there, which no one has ever ridden. Untie it and bring it here. 31If anyone asks you, ‘Why are you untying it?’ tell him, ‘The Lord needs it.’ ”

32Those who were sent ahead went and found it just as he had told them. 33As they were untying the colt, its owners asked them, “Why are you untying the colt?”

34They replied, “The Lord needs it.”

35They brought it to Jesus, threw their cloaks on the colt and put Jesus on it. 36As he went along, people spread their cloaks on the road.

37When he came near the place where the road goes down the Mount of Olives, the whole crowd of disciples began joyfully to praise God in loud voices for all the miracles they had seen:
38“Blessed is the king who comes in the name of the Lord!”[b]  “Peace in heaven and glory in the highest!”

Luke 19:39-44 – Jesus foretells of the destruction of Solomon’s 2nd Temple

39Some of the Pharisees in the crowd said to Jesus, “Teacher, rebuke your disciples!”

40“I tell you,” he replied, “if they keep quiet, the stones will cry out.”

41As he approached Jerusalem and saw the city, he wept over it 42and said, “If you, even you, had only known on this day what would bring you peace—but now it is hidden from your eyes. 43The days will come upon you when your enemies will build an embankment against you and encircle you and hem you in on every side. 44They will dash you to the ground, you and the children within your walls. They will not leave one stone on another, because you did not recognize the time of God’s coming to you.”

The Death of Moses

5 And Moses the servant of the LORD died there in Moab, as the LORD had said. 6 He buried him [ 9 Now Joshua son of Nun was filled with the spirit [c] of wisdom because Moses had laid his hands on him. So the Israelites listened to him and did what the LORD had commanded Moses.  10 Since then, no prophet has risen in Israel like Moses, whom the LORD knew face to face, 11 who did all those miraculous signs and wonders the LORD sent him to do in Egypt—to Pharaoh and to all his officials and to his whole land. 12 For no one has ever shown the mighty power or performed the awesome deeds that Moses did in the sight of all Israel.

Deuteronomy 33 (New International Version)

Moses Blesses the Tribes

1 This is the blessing that Moses the man of God pronounced on the Israelites before his death. 2 He said:
       “The LORD came from Sinai
       and dawned over them from Seir;
he shone forth from Mount Paran.
He came with [a] myriads of holy ones
from the south, from his mountain slopes. [b]

 3 Surely it is you who love the people;
all the holy ones are in your hand.
At your feet they all bow down,
       and from you receive instruction,

4 the law that Moses gave us,
the possession of the assembly of Jacob.

5 He was king over Jeshurun [c]
when the leaders of the people assembled,
along with the tribes of Israel.

6 “Let Reuben live and not die,
nor [d] his men be few.”

7 And this he said about Judah:
       “Hear, O LORD, the cry of Judah;
       bring him to his people.
With his own hands he defends his cause.
Oh, be his help against his foes!”

 8 About Levi he said:
       “Your Thummim and Urim belong
       to the man you favored.
       You tested him at Massah;
you contended with him at the waters of Meribah.

9 He said of his father and mother,
‘I have no regard for them.’
He did not recognize his brothers
       or acknowledge his own children,
but he watched over your word
       and guarded your covenant.

10 He teaches your precepts to Jacob
       and your law to Israel.
       He offers incense before you
and whole burnt offerings on your altar.

11 Bless all his skills, O LORD,
and be pleased with the work of his hands.
       Smite the loins of those who rise up against him;
strike his foes till they rise no more.”

 12 About Benjamin he said:
“Let the beloved of the LORD rest secure in him,
for he shields him all day long,
and the one the LORD loves rests between his shoulders.” 13 About Joseph he said:
“May the LORD bless his land
with the precious dew from heaven above
       and with the deep waters that lie below;

14 with the best the sun brings forth
and the finest the moon can yield; 15 with the choicest gifts of the ancient mountains
       and the fruitfulness of the everlasting hills;

16 with the best gifts of the earth and its fullness
and the favor of him who dwelt in the burning bush.
Let all these rest on the head of Joseph,
on the brow of the prince among [e] his brothers.

17 In majesty he is like a firstborn bull;
his horns are the horns of a wild ox.
With them he will gore the nations,
even those at the ends of the earth.
       Such are the ten thousands of Ephraim;
such are the thousands of Manasseh.”

18 About Zebulun he said:
“Rejoice, Zebulun, in your going out,
and you, Issachar, in your tents. 19 They will summon peoples to the mountain
       and there offer sacrifices of righteousness;
they will feast on the abundance of the seas,
on the treasures hidden in the sand.”

20 About Gad he said:
“Blessed is he who enlarges Gad’s domain!
Gad lives there like a lion,
       tearing at arm or head. 21 He chose the best land for himself;
the leader’s portion was kept for him.
When the heads of the people assembled,
he carried out the LORD’s righteous will,
       and his judgments concerning Israel.”

22 About Dan he said:
       “Dan is a lion’s cub,
springing out of Bashan.” 23 About Naphtali he said:
“Naphtali is abounding with the favor of the LORD
       and is full of his blessing;
he will inherit southward to the lake.” 24 About Asher he said:
       “Most blessed of sons is Asher;
let him be favored by his brothers,
and let him bathe his feet in oil. 25 The bolts of your gates will be iron and bronze,
and your strength will equal your days.

26 “There is no one like the God of Jeshurun,
who rides on the heavens to help you
and on the clouds in his majesty. 27 The eternal God is your refuge,
and underneath are the everlasting arms.
He will drive out your enemy before you,
       saying, ‘Destroy him!’

28 So Israel will live in safety alone;
       Jacob’s spring is secure
in a land of grain and new wine,
       where the heavens drop dew.

29 Blessed are you, O Israel!
       Who is like you,
a people saved by the LORD ?
He is your shield and helper
       and your glorious sword.
Your enemies will cower before you,
and you will trample down their high places. [f]

obama clap

President Obama spoke at the U.N. today and the reaction from the far right in Israel (ie. the Israeli government) was swift and fierce:

Rightist Knesset members slammed American President Barack Obama Thursday over his remarks during a speech at the United Nations General Assembly.
Responding to the president’s call for an extension of the West Bank settlement freeze, Likud MK Danny Danon said “Obama is invited to turn on CNN Sunday and watch the bulldozers resuming construction in Eretz Yisrael.
“A person who presents the freeze as a condition for peace is completely detached (from reality,) and will apparently not get to be a partner for peace in the Middle East,” he said.

You know, I absolutely support Israel but this is just nonsense. Let me get this straight-if the U.S. government dares even to suggest that Israel stop building illegal settlements during negotiations over a two state solution as the administration did last year and is sort of doing now, that is considered totally inappropriate by Israel and the AIPAC crowd here in the U.S. because it’s seen as interference, and worse, a criticism of Israel. However, it is absolutely acceptable for Israeli politicians to criticize and lash out at the U.S. President in the most hyperbolic, obnoxious way and there is not one peep from the AIPAC crowd or Israeli officials in support of the U.S. administration? Nice double-standard. So we can’t criticize Israel or even make a request that they temporarily adhere to international law, but they can use the U.S. President as their political doormat? We have to constantly prove we support Israel, but not the other way around? Got it.

And there is more goodwill from our special friends:

Meanwhile, leaders of the Lobby of the Eretz Israel Front in the Knesset, MKs Zeev Elkin and Arieh Eldad, also slammed Obama’s call to extend the settlement construction freeze, calling it “inappropriate intervention.”
According to lobby members, the American president’s statement was an attempt to “forcefully overturn the democratic decision of the citizens of Israel, who voted in favor of strengthening the settlements in Judea and Samaria and against concessions and withdrawal.”

“Inappropriate intervention?” I have an idea, how about we have the U.S. taxpayer stop intervening inappropriately in Israel’s internal affairs by giving them billions of dollars a year? I mean, if Israel finds the terms of the relationship so unwelcome and unfair that it actually undermines their democracy, then perhaps they don’t need our financial aid or our CONSTANT diplomatic intervention on their behalf? I mean, we don’t want to interfere! Also, it’s nice to know that citizens of a country can vote away international law. I bet that wouldn’t go over so well if another country like say, Iran, claimed the ability to do that.

SUKKOT: September 22nd, 2010 through September 29th, 2010
Eat in Sukkah (7 days):
The festival of Sukkot, commemorating G-d’s enveloping protection of the Children of Israel during their 40-year journey through the desert (1313-1273 BCE), is celebrated for seven days, beginning from the eve of Tishrei 15. During this time, we are commanded to “dwell” in a sukkah — a hut of temporary construction, with a roof covering of raw, unfinished vegetable matter (branches, reeds, bamboo, etc.) — signifying the temporality and fragily of human habitation and man-made shelter and our utter dependence upon G-d’s protection and providence. “How [does one fulfill] the mitzvah of dwelling in the sukkah? One should eat, drink, and live in the sukkah, both day and night, as one lives in one’s house on the other days of the year: for seven days a person should make his home his temporary dwelling, and his sukkah his permanent dwelling” (Code of Jewish Law, Orach Chaim 639:1).

At least one k’zayit (approx. 1 oz.) of bread should be eaten in the sukkah on the first evening of the festival, between nightfall and midnight. A special blessing, Leishiv BaSukkah, is recited. For the rest of the festival, all meals must be eaten in the sukkah (see the Code of Jewish Law or consult a Halachic authority as to what constitutes a “meal”). Chabad custom is to refrain from eating or drinking anything outside of the sukkah, even a glass of water. Also see: the UshpizinLinks: The Big Sukkah; The Temporary Dwelling; The Easy Mitzvah

The “Four Kinds” (6 days):
“And you shall take for yourself on the first day,” instructs the Torah in Leviticus “the splendid fruit of a tree, fronds of dates, the branch of the thick-leafed tree and aravot of the river.” Torah SheBaal Peh (the oral tradition given to Moses at Sinai and handed threough the generations, and later documented in the Mishnah and Talmud) identifies the four kinds as the etrog (citron), lulav (unopened palm branch), hadass (myrtle twig, of which three are taken) and aravah (willow, two twigs). The palm branch, three myrtle twigs and two willow twigs are bound together (with rings made from palm leaves).

Each day of Sukkot — except Shabbat — we take the lulav in hand, recite a blessing over it, take hold of the etrog, hold the “Four Kinds” together, and move them back and forth in all directions (right, left, forward, up, down and back). An additional blessing, shehecheyanu, is recited the first time that the Four Kinds are taken during the festival. We also hold the Four Kinds during the Hallel prayer (moving them as above in specified places in the text) and the Hoshaanot prayers (during which we march around the reading table in the synagogue) which are included in the daily service each day of Sukkot. “Water Drawing” Celebrations (7 nights):
When the Holy Temple stood in Jerusalem, one of the special Sukkot observances was to pour water on the Altar. The drawing of water for this purpose was preceded by all-night celebrations in the Temple courtyard; on the 15 steps leading to the azarah (inner courtyard) stood Levites while playing a variety of musical instruments, sages danced and juggled burning torches, and huge oil-burning lamps illuminated the entire city. The singing and dancing went on until daybreak, when a procession would make its way to the Shiloach Spring which flowed in a valley below the Temple to “draw water with joy.” “One who did not see the joy of the water-drawing celebrations,” declared the sages of the Talmud, “has not seen joy in his life.” While water was poured each day of the fetival, the special celebrations were held only on Chol Hamoed since many of the elements of the celebration (e.g., the playing of musical instruments) are forbidden on Yom Tov.

Today, we commemorate these joyous celebrations by holding Simchat Beit HaShoeivah (“joy of the water drawing”) events in the streets, with music and dancing. The Lubavitcher Rebbe initiated the custom of holding such celebrations on Shabbat and Yom Tov as well — without musical instruments of course. The fact that we cannot celebrate as we did in the Temple, said the Rebbe, means that we are free to celebrate the joy of Sukkot with singing and dancing every day of the festival. Link: The Taste of Water

Chol Hamoed:
The seven days of the festival of Sukkot consist of two days of “Yom Tov”, followed by five days of “Chol Hamoed” (“weekdays of the festival”; also called “the intermediate days”). In the Land of Israel, there is only one day of Yom Tov, followed by six days of Chol Hamoed.

On Yom Tov all creative work is forbidden as on Shabbat, except for the tasks involved in food preparation (e.g., lighting a fire from a pre-existing flame, cooking, carrying “from domain to domain”); on Chol Hamoed, work whose avoidance would result in “significant loss” is permitted. Otherwise, all the mitzvot and customs of Sukkot apply: eating in the sukkah, taking the “four kinds”, etc. The “Yaale V’yavo” prayer is included in all prayers and Grace After Meals. Hallel, Hoshaanot and Musaf are recited following the Shacharit (morning) prayers. It is the Chabad custom not to put on tefillin during Chol Hamoed, as on Shabbat and the festivals. Click here for a more detailed treatment of the laws of Chol Hamoed.

Hoshana Rabbah:
The seventh day of Sukkot is called “Hoshana Rabbah” and is considered the final day of the divine “judgment” in which the fate of the new year is determined. The Psalm L’David Hashem Ori, which has been added to our daily prayer since the 1st of Elul, is recited for the last time today. Other Hoshanah Rabbah observances include:

Night Learning:
It is customary to remain awake on the night preceding Hoshanah Rabbah and study Torah. We recite the entire Book of Deuteronomy and the Book of Psalms. In some congregations it is a custom for the Gabbai (synagogue manager) to distribute apples (signifying a “sweet year”) to the congregants.

Willow and Hoshaanot:
In addition to the Four Kinds taken every day of Sukkot, it is a “Rabbinical Mitzvah”, dating back to the times of the Prophets, to take an additional aravah, or willow, on the 7th day of Sukkot. In the Holy Temple, large, 18-foot willow branches were set around the altar. Today, we take the Four Kinds and carry them together with the Four Kinds around the reading table in the synagogue during the “Hashaanot” prayers, of which we recite a more lengthy version today, making seven circuits around the table (instead of the daily one). At the conclusion of the Hoshaanot we strike the ground five times with a bundle of five willows, symbolizing the “tempering of the five measures of harshness.” Link: The Willow (on the deeper significance of the mitzvah of aravah).

Festive Meal:
A festive meal is eaten in the Sukkah. We dip the bread in honey (as we did in each festive meal since Rosh Hashanah) for the last time. Today is also the last occasion on which we recite the special blessing for eating in the sukkah, since the biblical commandment to dwell in the sukkah is only for seven days (though it is the practice of many communities — and such is the Chabad custom — that, outside of the Land of Israel, we eat in the sukkah also on the 8th day, Shemini Atzeret).

• Eruv Tavshilin
When Shabbat occurs immediately following a festival — as it does this year — an “eruv tavshilin” (i.e., food for at least one “meal” that is set aside in advance for Shabbat) must be prepared prior to the festival, so that it should be permitted to prepare food for Shabbat during the festival.

Hakafot. It is the practice of many communities — and such is the Chabad custom — to conduct “hakafot” and dance with the Torah scrolls also on the eve of Shemini Atzeret (Deuteronomy 14:22-16:17; Numbers 29:35), which is on September 30th, 2010.

Memorial Parsha of Jesus Christs Disciples, Haazinu in Deut. 32

The story of Pelagius – quoted from the Voice of Martyr’s, page 10

Pelagius – A.D. 925, a story of a Christian Martyr’s

Pelagius was a young boy in Cordoba, Spain, who was martyred by the Muslim emir.* Tenth century Cordoba was the most powerful of the Muslim caliphates in the world, boasting the largest mosque outside of Mecca. A number of Christians died for their faith Cordoba, and Pelagius was the youngest.

Pelagius was left with the Moors (or Muslims) by his uncle at age 10. He was supposed to be ransomed, but the promised ransom never came. So Pelagius lived for three years in the court of Emir Abd al-Rahman III. Throughout his captivity, Pelagius prayed and held to his Christian faith.

When Pelaius was 13, the emir summoned Pelagius into his presence. He was impressed by the boy’s potential and even promised to liberate him and give him many favors. The emir would give Pelagius money, fine cothes, horses to ride and increasing honors if he would do one thing: renounce his Christian fiath and accept Mohammad as his prophet.

Instead, Pelagius confessed his Christian faith and told the emir he was ready to die for it. “I am a Christian , and will remain a Christian, and obey only Christ’s commands all the days of my life.” Pelagius said.

The emir was filled with rage and commanded the guards to suspend Pelagius by iron tongs and haul him up and down until he renounced Christ. After suffering excruciating torture for more than six hours, Pelagius still refused to recant, saying, “O Lord, deliver me out of the hands of my enemies.” The emir ordered that he be cut into pieces, and his body parts were thrown into the river.

The Christians of Cordoba retrieved his torn limbs and buried them. The story of Pelagius’ bravery captured the hearts of many Spanish Christians, and many churches in Spain are named for him.

Note: Another, perhaps better known, Pelaius gained notoriety in the fifth century for his debate with Augustine over the doctrine of original sin.

10He found him in a desert land, and in the waste howling wilderness; he led him about, he instructed him, he kept him as the apple of his eye. (Jeremiah 2:6)

11As an eagle stirreth up her nest, fluttereth over her young, spreadeth abroad her wings, taketh them, beareth them on her wings:(Isaiah 31:5; Exodus 19:4)

12So the LORD alone did lead him, and there was no strange god with him.

13He made him ride on the high places of the earth, that he might eat the increase of the fields; and he made him to suck honey out of the rock, and oil out of the flinty rock; (Deuteronomy 33:29; Psalm 81:16)

14Butter of kine, and milk of sheep, with fat of lambs, and rams of the breed of Bashan, and goats, with the fat of kidneys of wheat; and thou didst drink the pure blood of the grape. (Psalm 81:16)

15But Jeshurun waxed fat, and kicked: thou art waxen fat, thou art grown thick, thou art covered with fatness; then he forsook God which made him, and lightly esteemed the Rock of his salvation.(Isaiah 1:4)

16They provoked him to jealousy with strange gods, with abominations provoked they him to anger.(1st Kings 14:22-25)

17They sacrificed unto devils, not to God; to gods whom they knew not, to new gods that came newly up, whom your fathers feared not. (Leviticus 17:7; 1 Corinthians 10:20; Psalm 106:37).

18Of the Rock that begat thee thou art unmindful, and hast forgotten God that formed thee.

19And when the LORD saw it, he abhorred them, because of the provoking of his sons, and of his daughters. (Deuteronomy 44:21-23)

20And he said, I will hide my face from them, I will see what their end shall be: for they are a very froward generation, children in whom is no faith.(Deuteronomy 31:17)

21They have moved me to jealousy with that which is not God; they have provoked me to anger with their vanities: and I will move them to jealousy with those which are not a people; I will provoke them to anger with a foolish nation. (Psalm 78:58; Hosea 1:10; Romans 11:11; Romans 10:19-21; Romans 9:30-33).

22For a fire is kindled in mine anger, and shall burn unto the lowest hell, and shall consume the earth with her increase, and set on fire the foundations of the mountains.

23I will heap mischiefs upon them; I will spend mine arrows upon them.

24They shall be burnt with hunger, and devoured with burning heat, and with bitter destruction: I will also send the teeth of beasts upon them, with the poison of serpents of the dust.

25The sword without, and terror within, shall destroy both the young man and the virgin, the suckling also with the man of gray hairs. (Ezekiel 20:13,14,23)

26I said, I would scatter them into corners, I would make the remembrance of them to cease from among men:

27Were it not that I feared the wrath of the enemy, lest their adversaries should behave themselves strangely, and lest they should say, Our hand is high, and the LORD hath not done all this.

28For they are a nation void of counsel, neither is there any understanding in them. (Isaiah 27:11)
29O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!

30How should one chase a thousand, and two put ten thousand to flight, except their Rock had sold them, and the LORD had shut them up? (Deuteronomy 32, King James Version) (Leviticus 26:8; Psalm 44:12)

31For their rock is not as our Rock, even our enemies themselves being judges.(1st Samuel 2:2)
32For their vine is of the vine of Sodom, and of the fields of Gomorrah: their grapes are grapes of gall, their clusters are bitter: (Isaiah 1:10)
33Their wine is the poison of dragons, and the cruel venom of asps. (Psalm 58:4)
34Is not this laid up in store with me, and sealed up among my treasures? (Job 14:17)
35To me belongeth vengeance and recompence; their foot shall slide in due time: for the day of their calamity is at hand, and the things that shall come upon them make haste. (Psalm 94:1; Romans 12:19)
36For the LORD shall judge his people, and repent himself for his servants, when he seeth that their power is gone, and there is none shut up, or left.(Psalm 135:14; Judge 2:18)
37And he shall say, “Where are their gods, their rock in whom they trusted, (Judges 10:14)
38Which did eat the fat of their sacrifices, and drank the wine of their drink offerings? let them rise up and help you, and be your protection.
39See now that I, even I, am he, and there is no god with me: I kill, and I make alive; I wound, and I heal: neither is there any that can deliver out of my hand.”
40“For I lift up my hand to heaven, and say, I live for ever.”

41If I whet my glittering sword, and mine hand take hold on judgment; I will render vengeance to mine enemies, and will reward them that hate me. (Isaiah 1:24)

42I will make mine arrows drunk with blood, and my sword shall devour flesh; and that with the blood of the slain and of the captives, from the beginning of revenges upon the enemy. (Jeremiah 46:10)

43Rejoice, O ye nations, with his people: for he will avenge the blood of his servants, and will render vengeance to his adversaries, and will be merciful unto his land, and to his people.

44And Moses came and spake all the words of this song in the ears of the people, he, and Hoshea the son of Nun.

45And Moses made an end of speaking all these words to all Israel:

46And he said unto them, Set your hearts unto all the words which I testify among you this day, which ye shall command your children to observe to do, all the words of this law. (Deuteronomy 6:6)

47For it is not a vain thing for you; because it is your life: and through this thing ye shall prolong your days in the land, whither ye go over Jordan to possess it. (Leviticus 18:5; Deuteronomy 32:49)

48And the LORD spake unto Moses that selfsame day, saying,
49Get thee up into this mountain Abarim, unto mount Nebo, which is in the land of Moab, that is over against Jericho; and behold the land of Canaan, which I give unto the children of Israel for a possession: (Numbers 33:47)

50And die in the mount whither thou goest up, and be gathered unto thy people; as Aaron thy brother died in mount Hor, and was gathered unto his people:
51Because ye trespassed against me among the children of Israel at the waters of MeribahKadesh, in the wilderness of Zin; because ye sanctified me not in the midst of the children of Israel. (Numbers 20:11)

52Yet thou shalt see the land before thee; but thou shalt not go thither unto the land which I give the children of Israel. (Deuteronomy 32:31-52, King James Version) (Numbers 27:12)

Commentary:
Moses tells the story how a small people of seventy became a people, chosen by God, a nation.  Moses tells of a story that has nothing to do with poor leadership as many Egyptian sorcerers would have you believe, or the fact that he did not know what was in his hand when his hand was healed, or when he smote the rock of living waters that still runs today in the exact spot (the rock and the spring are enclosed in a case). Moses is confident that the Gospel (the Hebrew Bible) will spread like dew, this mighty word of God will drop like dew, or as many people say in 2010 “drop the word like it is hot.” (Deuteronomy 32:2-6; Isaiah 55:10-11).  Moses is not a bit worried about his words from the Mouth of God. He knows that there will be others that will ensure that the message is given on a regular basis. Moses is confident that his doctrine would spread across the world. (Deuteronomy 32:3; 1st Chronicles 29:11). I read the law of Moses because I know that he never died, he like many servants of God regardless of whether they are Jewish or Christian, probably are alive. Moses had the eternal light of wisdom that we all seek. I am fascinated with Moses because he is a warrior. Moses lived in the desert quite a few times during his appearance in the bible. Although Moses had a speech impediment, his only excuse was that he did not believe that anyone would want to listen. You have many Christian pastors (Egyptian sorcerers) who make fun of Moses and say he was a bad leader, for initially declining Gods first invitation to liberate his people, unto a permanent and even a temporary redemption, out of the House of Bondage. Some Egyptian sorcerers tell the crowd that he needed the Holy Ghost, and that it was Jesus that he was searching for all the time. Senseless stupid stuff in the pull pit. As you can see that the Holy Ghost was not given to man until after Jesus had resurrected on the third day, this is God’s plan and this is God general order of salvation; why clerics have raised the stakes for Moses – well I can’t answer that… In my opinion, I thought Moses was a great leader, true he could have sanctified God’s name and he would have been given an even greater message for the Gentiles, (8,000,000 billion) who are not firstborn sons of God, but are the fruit of Jesus Christ, in 2010.

Nevertheless, we have to look at a character who promises that he will not die, an eternal death. (Deuteronomy 32:12). Moses is unlike the character of Aaron who actually lives within his descendants following their every move to ensure that they know what to do, especially when Judah becomes a split kingdom. Jesus has never said that Elijah the descendant of Aaron was resurrected, but we all know that Elijah put all things in order and is the traditional guest invited at Passover. What strikes me with many clerics is the jealousy that comes out against the Descendants of Aaron as if God had personally told you to stand and minister before Him, eternally and bless his name. So in this instance we know that there is no resurrection mentioned but an eternal light promised to those who love God.

Nevertheless apostle Paul preached that there would be a people that would move you to jealousy. In saying that I asked that all Christians would take care in fellow shipping with other religions that may not see you as equal to them because you are not apart of their religion. However, this may be a time to convert you and take over your land, it is really hard to say. Most of all the church is large, and there is no perfect charge, on any given day there are over two and half billion people that claim that they are Christian. What would I look like trying to tap into any other heritage, and I know that my family may have been something other than a Western Religion, but never a movement. Moses says that God divided the nations their inheritance, and my grand-Mother is certifiable Nation of Cherokee, believed on the Lord Jesus Christ and looks forward to a physical resurrection, in his name. (Deuteronomy 32:8). Unlike Moses, however, there are prophets that can teach about a physical resurrection for a gentile. Moses tells you that he will never die. I would not teach the law, if I thought that Moses was dead. I wouldn’t quote Jesus Christ if I thought he was dead. Likewise, my Cherokee grandmother was interred in her native land of North Carolina, and land that her ancestors were given by God and lived in North Carolina for twelve thousand years, the spiritual custodians and many are exiled. Yet the proud nation of Cherokee makes no bargains on the land and peacefully co-exist with all the 331,000,000 million inhabitants that occupy the United States of America. As a matter of fact, my Cherokee grandmother hopes for a physical resurrection that is nothing like the return of the saints (Moses), in the name of Jesus Christ. I can tell you now that my Cherokee Grandmother lived a life in the hope of Jesus, she was not perfect but she believed Jesus is real and she had a hope for many that died in North Carolina and are working their way back from exile, to the land God gave the Nation of Cherokee. My Cherokee grandmother lived in the shadow of the MacDonald Clan, and the last thing that I would believe that my brethren would be subjected to stoning, because the believes on the name of Jesus. The MacDonald Clan is the largest and most organized and reputable Clan – that is just pure jealousy and dangerous to attack anyone of my family because they believe on the name Lord Jesus. I love my little boy (and my daughter) and I don’t want anyone stoning me because I love Jesus and I believe on his name. I thank God for Moses. I thank God for Jesus. I know Moses lives, and I never had any doubt about Jesus being alive. (Deuteronomy 32:40). As you can recall their are physical eye witnesses that saw Jesus resurrect from his grave, and he was physical to touch. As brown skin person, I speak what I know, not like two and half billion Christians that speak what they hear – this is the Gospel.

Moses speaks of the church, when he says that you as in third person plural would be moved to jealousy with a people that are not God’s chosen people – the Gentiles. (Deuteronomy 32:21; Psalm 78:58; Hosea 1:10; and Romans 9:30-33; 10:19-21; 11:11). The Church of God is large and when rubbed the wrong way can be dangerous and is the cause for many genocides of people, tribes and tongues – only Jesus wants you and only he can handle the church. I have tried so many vices in my life, and I am not afraid to try Jesus. I know I have a lot to learn and I don’t understand much in the classroom or in Torah Study, but how wrong could Jesus the Christ be, the risen Messiah. Therefore, the church should be focused on the tribulation, the Armageddon, the rapture; and last but not least Babylon will be back kicking and fighting harder than Islamic terrorist/extremist; because all people can not read the bible, the word of God shall be received in spirit in truth. The Church has caused many genocides of people, tribes and tongues – only Jesus wants you and only he can handle the church. The Church has caused many people to be exiled from their land and even caused my Cherokee Grandmother to face genocide, you all know the story of the Cherokee Trail of Tears. It is no secret that before the Messiah returns for his Church, that he will face Edom before the saints can return, not resurrect, to the Promise Land, given to them as an inheritance in Moses Law; which is in the Torah (the Hebrew Bible). Therefore I appeal to you to be careful where you go, because I don’t want anyone to get stoned. The church is even larger than the two and half billion people that are persecuted every day and even more powerful – the church on many occasions has had that great whore of Babylon sit on top of the church.  Moreover, there are many people that do not except Jesus Lordship and they will persecute you, but we don’t want any of the two and half billion to take offense and crush the enemy, an attack on the body of Christ can be very dangerous, because Christ has not taken up the church and as long as the son of perdition (hell and sin) is here on earth to provoke inhabitants of the earth, it can be silly to stone a person in the church and dangerous because if you look at genocide it has its origins from a seduced person in the physical church. When you belong to the church of God, Jesus is the head and he has all authority over the entire earth – that means that you are his representative and you can not have time for compromises. The second coming of Christ will confirm that the the Most High God divided the nations, and Jerusalem as inheritance to the children of Israel. Moses law speaks clearly that there will be no resurrection, his word will drop down like dew, the saints will appear.

Moses prophesied the words of God to foretell of the desolation that would befall the idolater. (Deuteronomy 32:19-35). He prophecies that the people will not give Holy Communion because their fruit will be unfit for spiritual sanctification. How many religions take bread as a symbol of the eternal Christ? Moses spoke the truth when he said that your enemies will judge you (Deuteronomy 32:31). Yet some people have told me well you look like a Moor, and I have to tell them that for as long as I could remember no one in my family never ever had anything to do with any religion outside of believing on Christ – that he is our Jewish Messiah. Many people have asked me to replace the Torah with Islam. The word of God says that Moses warned that people would be asked to forsake the LORD Thy God and that the people would forget that they are a Holy Nation. The salvation of Gods chosen people began in the making right as the borders were formed throughout the world – as many people are inherently indigenous to the land. The bible is true and the unadulterated word of God. I can talk about Exodus Egypt because I am the Exodus of Egypt, in 2010 I am still on my personal journey of redemption – and I ain’t trying to be in bondage to sin. Moses prophesied that those of you who set aside the word of God will sacrifice to idols. Moses knew that he would be the greatest prophet to ever live. Christ knew that he would head of the most powerful entity of God the Father, the Church who one day will get the great whore of Babylon far away in the New Jerusalem.

In the Haftorah, Joshua 1, prepares the people to inherent the promise land. Joshua, the High Priest encourages the people to be strong and courageous and to go forward. The people obey Joshua all the days of the land. Joshua commanded the full law of Moses and that rebels would be put death. therefore, the prophecy that Joshua caused the children of Israel to inherit the land was fulfilled.

In closing, I can remember Reverend Pervis Fireball McKinney preaching and he would break out into a song and sing, You can talk all about me and scandalize my name, but I am going on with Jesus just the same … but think I am going to run on and see what the end is going to be.’ (Deuteronomy 31:17; 32:20). Although some of you do believe in my demise to resurrect in a heaven or a hell, I prefer the precious dew of Joseph’s heaven. (Deuteronomy 33:13). Moses law has nothing to do with resurrection instead Moses invites you to a belief that is connected with faith in God to hope the best for his people; a hope that the people will no longer move God to jealousy with doctrine that is not Moses’ Law, the word of God in the promise land. (Deuteronomy 32:26-39) Moses Law does not provoke God’s anger. For instance as a child, I could not determine if people cared about God’s attributes as an individual. I loved to see people praise the Lord Jesus, but remember God is God all alone. I hope that one day you are are like an accounting problem and you are reconciled with the one true God. Moses Law is not hard, irrational or wrongly written, anything other than the word of God through any other prophet is idolatry.

John 6:25-44 – Jesus is the Bread of Life
25And when they had found him on the other side of the sea, they said unto him, Rabbi, when camest thou hither?
26Jesus answered them and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Ye seek me, not because ye saw the miracles, but because ye did eat of the loaves, and were filled.

27Labour not for the meat which perisheth, but for that meat which endureth unto everlasting life, which the Son of man shall give unto you: for him hath God the Father sealed.
28Then said they unto him, What shall we do, that we might work the works of God?
29Jesus answered and said unto them, This is the work of God, that ye believe on him whom he hath sent.

30They said therefore unto him, What sign shewest thou then, that we may see, and believe thee? what dost thou work?
31Our fathers did eat manna in the desert; as it is written, He gave them bread from heaven to eat.
32Then Jesus said unto them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Moses gave you not that bread from heaven; but my Father giveth you the true bread from heaven.

33For the bread of God is he which cometh down from heaven, and giveth life unto the world.
34Then said they unto him, Lord, evermore give us this bread.
35And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

36But I said unto you, That ye also have seen me, and believe not.

37All that the Father giveth me shall come to me; and him that cometh to me I will in no wise cast out.

38For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.

39And this is the Father’s will which hath sent me, that of all which he hath given me I should lose nothing, but should raise it up again at the last day.

40And this is the will of him that sent me, that every one which seeth the Son, and believeth on him, may have everlasting life: and I will raise him up at the last day.
41The Jews then murmured at him, because he said, I am the bread which came down from heaven.
42And they said, Is not this Jesus, the son of Joseph, whose father and mother we know? how is it then that he saith, I came down from heaven?
43Jesus therefore answered and said unto them, Murmur not among yourselves.

44No man can come to me, except the Father which hath sent me draw him: and I will raise him up at the last day. (John 6:25-44, King James Version)

John 7:7-26 – Jesus gives unrestrained water to the thirsty
7The world cannot hate you; but me it hateth, because I testify of it, that the works thereof are evil.

8Go ye up unto this feast: I go not up yet unto this feast: for my time is not yet full come.
9When he had said these words unto them, he abode still in Galilee.
10But when his brethren were gone up, then went he also up unto the feast, not openly, but as it were in secret.
11Then the Jews sought him at the feast, and said, Where is he?
12And there was much murmuring among the people concerning him: for some said, He is a good man: others said, Nay; but he deceiveth the people.
13Howbeit no man spake openly of him for fear of the Jews.
14Now about the midst of the feast Jesus went up into the temple, and taught.
15And the Jews marvelled, saying, How knoweth this man letters, having never learned?
16Jesus answered them, and said, My doctrine is not mine, but his that sent me.

17If any man will do his will, he shall know of the doctrine, whether it be of God, or whether I speak of myself.

18He that speaketh of himself seeketh his own glory: but he that seeketh his glory that sent him, the same is true, and no unrighteousness is in him.

19Did not Moses give you the law, and yet none of you keepeth the law? Why go ye about to kill me?

20The people answered and said, Thou hast a devil: who goeth about to kill thee?

21Jesus answered and said unto them, I have done one work, and ye all marvel.

22Moses therefore gave unto you circumcision; (not because it is of Moses, but of the fathers;) and ye on the sabbath day circumcise a man.

23If a man on the sabbath day receive circumcision, that the law of Moses should not be broken; are ye angry at me, because I have made a man every whit whole on the sabbath day?

24Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment.

25Then said some of them of Jerusalem, Is not this he, whom they seek to kill?

26But, lo, he speaketh boldly, and they say nothing unto him. Do the rulers know indeed that this is the very Christ? (John 7:7-26, King James Version)

Isaiah 50:1-13 – Isaiah’s invitation to the restrained and thirsty
1Ho, every one that thirsteth, come ye to the waters, and he that hath no money; come ye, buy, and eat; yea, come, buy wine and milk without money and without price.
2Wherefore do ye spend money for that which is not bread? and your labour for that which satisfieth not? hearken diligently unto me, and eat ye that which is good, and let your soul delight itself in fatness.
3Incline your ear, and come unto me: hear, and your soul shall live; and I will make an everlasting covenant with you, even the sure mercies of David. (Isaiah 55:1-3, King James Version)

Matthew 11:12-15 – Elijah puts all things in order for the authority of Christ
12And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force.

13For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John.

14And if ye will receive it, this is Elias, which was for to come.

15He that hath ears to hear, let him hear. (Matthew 11:12-15, King James Version)

Matthew 12:25-32 – A divided kingdom will fall
25And Jesus knew their thoughts, and said unto them, Every kingdom divided against itself is brought to desolation; and every city or house divided against itself shall not stand:

26And if Satan cast out Satan, he is divided against himself; how shall then his kingdom stand?

27And if I by Beelzebub cast out devils, by whom do your children cast them out? therefore they shall be your judges.

28But if I cast out devils by the Spirit of God, then the kingdom of God is come unto you.

29Or else how can one enter into a strong man’s house, and spoil his goods, except he first bind the strong man? and then he will spoil his house.

30He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.

31Wherefore I say unto you, All manner of sin and blasphemy shall be forgiven unto men: but the blasphemy against the Holy Ghost shall not be forgiven unto men.

32And whosoever speaketh a word against the Son of man, it shall be forgiven him: but whosoever speaketh against the Holy Ghost, it shall not be forgiven him, neither in this world, neither in the world to come. (Matthew 12:25-32, King James Version)

Revelations 11:1-3 – The persecution and resurrection of witnesses for Christ

2But the court which is without the temple leave out, and measure it not; for it is given unto the Gentiles: and the holy city shall they tread under foot forty and two months.

SUKKOT: September 22nd, 2010 through September 29th, 2010.

Also see: the Ushpizin.  Links: The Big Sukkah; The Temporary Dwelling; The Easy Mitzvah

Hoshana Rabbah:
The seventh day of Sukkot is called “Hoshana Rabbah” and is considered the final day of the divine “judgment” in which the fate of the new year is determined. (The Psalm L’David Hashem Ori, which has been added to our daily prayer since the 1st of Elul, is recited for the last time today.) Other Hoshanah Rabbah observances include:

Night Learning:
It is customary to remain awake on the night preceding Hoshanah Rabbah and study Torah. We recite the entire Book of Deuteronomy and the Book of Psalms. In some congregations it is a custom for the Gabbai (synagogue manager) to distribute apples (signifying a “sweet year”) to the congregants.
